Hotel Mercure London Earls Court

Hotel is so great, and comfortable however it could have been closer to the center. Also She warned a woman at the next table who was talking on the speakerphone therefore special thanks to maja she is so genuine and pretty. I would definitely recommend.

I stayed at the Mercure London Earls Court for the London Marathon and had an amazing experience thanks to the exceptional service from Noura at the restaurant. She went out of her way to prepare a special pasta dish that wasn’t even on the menu, just to support my marathon preparation. Her kindness, attention to detail, and genuine care made a real difference during such an important trip for me. It’s rare to find people so thoughtful and professional — Noura made me feel truly welcome and taken care of. Thank you for making this stay even more memorable! Lovely restaurant. Noura and Matthew welcomed us so well! Food was just great. Loved the mac and cheese and the fish pie. Price reasonable. The hôtel itself is high end, very clean, well appointed. Recommend highly. Quiet and restful. Would come again.
