Hotel Ibis London Earls Court

Ibis is nicely located - close to both a bus and train station (over and underground) which made it easy for us to explore all of the different parts of London without staying in the heart of the city. The neighbourhood is safe to walk and has many cafes, restaurants and grocery stores. The hotel room was comfortable (we had one of the recently renovated ones) and was exactly as described. The breakfast buffet offered hot and cold items along with breads, fruit and drinks. We would definitely consider staying here again for a trip to London.

Jayesh was a wonderful bartender! Offered advice on food choices from the hotel and he always made great suggestions. Can't thank him enough for helping to make a first time trip to London great. The hotel is really close to a tube stop, so getting to attractions is pretty easy.

Clean rooms, no toilet brush though. Bring adapter if you don’t have a British charger. Location is a bit off but it’s a very nice area. Takes around 30-40 min to Oxford etc with taxi, depending on traffic. Maja at the shop was the best! I would recommend this hotel.

Lovely stay in Ibis A very special thank you to Ishaq and Ahmed Ali on reception. I had an issue with passports ,keys and other documentation which I had left in the safe iy room on checking out. I didn’t realise this until nearly midnight and need them for travel the next day. I can’t say enough about how helpful and calming they both were ,they went over and beyond to do the necessary checks to assure me they were in the safe in housekeeping. Staff like Ishaq and Ahmed Ali are such an asset at front of house!! I am forever grateful . A shout out also to housekeeping sorry I don’t know your name but we were in room 205 🙏

Jayesh was absolutely amazing. Fantastic service, and a great guy all around. 100% recommend. Good food and he was so funny and personable. Best server in all of London and everyone should get to know Jayesh. He deserves the world really. Love you Jayesh!
