TUI SUNEO Costa Mare Suites

Relaxing and rejuvenating experience. Professional staff we felt well looked after and not rushed. First was Sauna followed by Turkish Hammam exfoliating and soap masssge. After tea and rest for a few minutes we enjoyed hot oil massage with private couples room. I would recommend price and value.

This was the worst place we have ever holidayed as a family. We are a family of 5 including 2 teenagers so needed 2 rooms. On check in, we were only allocated one key per room, and there would not provide any spares. This caused problems when people wanted to go up to bed earlier than others. The manager of the hotel was awful. A bald headed guy with no heart. Our representative from Tui had to speak to him on a number if occasions regarding his attitude and behaviour towards paying customers. Hotel staff are instructed by him to go around picking up key cards they see on tables etc, as the hotel charges 30 euros for a 'lost' key card, so the staff help the guests to lose the key cards. Also they become valuable for other guests as you can use a spare key card in the room's electricity slot to keep (amongst other things) the AC going in the room whilst you are out, so the room is cool when you return. This is the reason the hotel do not provide a spare key card, in order to save on their electricity bill. Food and entertainment were ok. And the staff apart from the manager were pleasant. But I would not return here unfortunately.

Me and my family went to Costa mare suites on 29th August for 9 nights, my honest thoughts on the hotel was very nice, well cleaned and maintained, always seeing staff very late and very early in the morning cleaning and hosing down the pool area, maintaining the plants, hotel room was cleaned daily. Entertainment team was very friendly and good. Pool was nice and clean, all inclusive food was decent, breakfast was good with fresh juice and freshly made omelettes the favourite, pool snack bar at dinner was good, just the evening food was hit and miss and couldn't really judge if it would be good but it's cheap enough to eat out at evening. Rooms was nice and clean we had a 1 bedroom family room facing pool, spacious and modern Hotel in a good location, supermarket to left and round corner from some good bars and restaurants (fat boys was the best) The only one disappointing thing was having to get up at 6.30 every morning to reserve a sun lounger, and when I mean reserve it's chaos people running and tussling over sun loungers. There was 7 people in my family including 1 infant and 2 kids and it was bedlam Over than that, excellent holiday, amazing staff, very good hotel and experience Just booked to return in September 2026.
