My Review of SY Hotel Belek I stayed at SY Hotel Belek recently and had a really good time. The hotel is new, clean, and modern. Everything looks fresh and well taken care of. ⸻ Staff & Service The staff were very kind and helpful. They smiled a lot and were quick to help if you needed anything. ⸻ Rooms The rooms are big and comfortable, the bed was nice, and the cleaning was done every day. There’s also a small fridge, TV, and free Wi-Fi in the room. ⸻ Food The food was tasty and had a lot of variety. Every day there were different options. There’s something for everyone – meat, vegetarian, even some sweet stuff for dessert. You can also get snacks and drinks during the day, which was great. ⸻ Pool & Activities The pools were clean, and there was a water park with slides – perfect for kids or even adults who like to have fun. There’s also a gym, spa, and entertainment in the day with Turku and Beyza we had such great time with entertainment team ❤️ The hotel has a private beach too, and there’s a shuttle that takes you there. ⸻ Summary • Clean and modern hotel • Friendly and helpful staff • Good food with many choices • Great for families and kids • Fun pools and activities I would definitely stay there again!

An amaizing hotel, incedibile staf. I stayed here for 10 days and definitly i will come again . The menager was an amaizing woman with such a great vibe . 10/10 everything. Hotel was very clean and astetich. Food was delicious . Love it here ❤️❤️❤️

This hotel is far from being classified as a 5 star. I paid for an ultra all inclusive stay and received a 3 star vacation for a 5 star price. The a la carte restaurant was not open, at breakfast and dinner no one asks you if you want something to drink. They do not have enough staff to qualify as a hotel with ultra all inclusive services. The pool with slides only opened on the 4th day of the stay. The drinks are very few and do not have diversification for an ultra all inclusive stay. You have to wait a long time to receive a cocktail at the hotel bars because they have very few staff. The managers with whom we discussed our problems promise that the problems will be solved tomorrow, but nothing happens the next day. The hotel beach is a disaster, full of dirt (seeds and cigarette butts) plastic sun loungers without cushions and dubious people although they posted pictures on the website of a beach that has other sun loungers and other umbrellas. It is a public beach, not private as the hotel claims. It is disappointing that they sell illusions for a lot of money and that we came with children and had a wasted vacation. I do not recommend this hotel and the services offered by it. If it were possible, I would choose ZERO stars. The bathrooms by the pool were very unkempt and most services were not available. This is my 3rd year in Turkey and I have never encountered such service and indifference from the hotel managers.
