Casablanca Unique

Again a fantastic stay at the Casablanca, the best of the Algarve, Attentive friendly personnel, nothing is a problem for them , I stay here when in Montegordo and have enjoyed all of my dozens of stays 5 star enjoyment 😉, my friends who I recommended the hotel loved their stays and come back time and time again

Lovely hotel. Very friendly staff. Good selection at the bar. Smallish pool but adequate, needs updating a little. Good size rooms with twin beds. A little dated but we got a very good deal so didn't mind. Balcony with sea views although large air con unit taking up a lot of space. Nice breakfast, something for all. Good location for the beach. We had a few issues with room but once mentioned they were fixed straight away.

Currently staying at the Casablanca I am impressed with the friendliness of all the staff especially the dining room staff food is good rooms good and cleaned every day the location is good only 3 minutes walk to beautiful beach I most certainly would come back to the Casablanca

Admittedly both staff at breakfast and cleaning staff were very pleasant but a youngish lad who usually works in the morning at reception was often curt, unhelpful and unfriendly. Reception to us is of great importance and a shame to feel somewhat disregarded first thing in the morning and on return was not a good vibe. Room needs some attention for sure. Fortunately we did meet João who was exceptionally helpful, cheerful and friendly. However, he only worked part time.

A lovely hotel. Arrived at the hotel and got a lovely,warm welcome. We got all the information we needed at the reception. Restaurant wasn't open untill later that evening but there was bar food available. A nice selection. Over the length of time we stayed there, the food was good, but felt there could have been a bit more choice. A lovely big room, with a balcony and a fine size shower room. This hotel is located walking distance from the ⛱ beach, and close to shops and restaurants. Staff were very kind and helpful. Worth a visit.
