Hilton Tulum Riviera Maya All-Inclusive Resort

I came with my friend and we were very surprised. On first look it is beautiful with the water view and beach. As we stayed we noticed a couple of things. We were told that there were specific adult areas and that was not the case. This seemed more of a family resort rather than anything. Everything shut down early. The pool bar closed at 6, pool at 7 and everything else at 11. They had one activity a day and most of those activities were shows. There was nothing to do during the day. A taxi ride to Tulum is 40 dollars. When I plan for an all inclusive, I don't want to leave but here I had to have fun. The pool had several tiles missing. The water often looked like there was unmixed chemicals inside or just dirty. The room was subpar and smelled like mild dew. On further inspection, we found mold in the closet. The shower water was not draining and maintenance pulled out chucks of blonde hair. Both my friend and I have black hair. The water only got luke warm. The AC barely got cold at night and room service takes so long to be delivered. This experience falls very flat to my expectations. This was honestly a glorified hotel stay. When I think of All-Inclusive with "Adult Only" areas, I think of Paradisus. Lesson learned. If you want a great stay that has a truly separated family side and adult side go to the Paradisus in Carmen.

The resort was so beautiful, and the staff consistently went above and beyond to make our stay as smooth and enjoyable as possible. The rooms were clean, bright, and spacious. Our girls (9/11) were especially delighted by the kids’ club and all the programming throughout the day. The 4th of July party might be my favorite way to spend the holiday. We can’t say enough wonderful things about the staff there, and we will definitely be returning.

Great family vacation! We all had a wonderful time together, and everyone found something they loved — from the delicious food and fun kids club to the amazing beach yoga sessions with the incredible instructor, Sofia. The resort’s beautiful design, spacious grounds, and top-notch service made our stay even more enjoyable. Truly a fulfilling and memorable experience for the whole family!

We have just recently returned home from our family holiday in the Hilton Tulum Riviera Maya Resort. We highly recommend the kids club. It is hands down the best kids club. Our two little boys aged 5 & 7 years old had so much fun due to the hard work, kindness, dedication & enthusiasm of all the staff. Emma, Angel, Bel, Roshy, Chris, Montse & Mich work incredibly hard to ensure all the children are entertained and well cared for. They provide action packed activities from arts to games that suit all interests. Emma, Angel, Bel, Roshy, Chris, Montse & Mich’s energy, work ethic & professionalism created special memories for our boys.
