Very good hotel. Rooms and hotel overall is very clean. Hotel staff is very politely and friendly. The food is also very good. The pool is realy quiet without children wich we liked a lot by having 3 daughters and 5 grandsons. It was a very pleasant week. Thank you for a good holiday 👍

Thank you for a lovely stay - overall we had a great time. The hotel itself looks lovely and the service we received, especially from the people working in the bar and restaurant was excellent. I especially want to single out Jose who provided wonderful service in the bar. The bar terrace was beautiful - a tranquil and cool spot for evening drinks. The breakfast is amazing - the variety and quality was top notch. Across from our room was the Vista Sol hotel which was very noisy but the door to the balcony was soundproofed and kept the noise out - I loved that. The location is very handy for the beautiful beach nearby in Palma Nova where we spent most of our time. The swimming pool area looked beautiful and the loungers were comfortable. It would have been great to have some music to help create an atmosphere - but it was OK, because we went to the beach instead. A few points to consider: (1) The first is not a problem the hotel can solve but it's worth bearing in mind that the hotel is up a very steep hill which was tough to climb, especially with suitcases. (2) We had a few technical issues - our safe stopped working after a few days and we weren't provided a refund for the value we didn't receive for when it was out of action. Also, we often had problems using the door passes to our rooms - the technology seemed buggy. We also had issues with the lift - the second floor door was faulty and wouldn't open - we thought we were stuck! But we figured it out. (3) We understood this was a cash-free hotel, but some services (the key to the safe, for example) could only be paid for in cash so it's worth bearing that in mind when you arrive on your first day. Overall, we were very happy with our stay. Thank you.

Great hotel… - Excellent, fresh breakfast - the best we have ever had abroad. Numerous stations of full English/yoghurt/brunch/pastries/smoothies and waffles etc - so much choice you could never get bored. The only negative is having to pay extra for coffee made by a barista, would just be happy for a coffee machine instead included in the price..other than that 10/10. - Rooms - very clean and spacious. We paid for the standard room which was freshly cleaned and laundered everyday. The air con was fantastic and included in the price. Room backed directly onto a party hotel but we didn’t find it too noisy. However there was one negative with our room - on entering it smelt strongly of cigarettes (I know previous reviews have mentioned this too). After airing the room out for an hour or so it went but we were initially disappointed, had this not gone we would have asked to move rooms. Please be aware any extras are chargeable (safe/ early and late check out). - Location - great for access to the beach/strip/local restaurants/bars/shops. Hotel located on top of a steep hill so don’t think suitable for those with mobility issues. - Pool - comfiest sun loungers we’ve ever had. Area was clean and tidy. I know previous reviews have mentioned no music round the pool which didn’t bother us too much as we read etc but I can see why others are disappointed, think there was some building work next door so could have helped drown the noise out a bit. - Staff - were helpful and happy to answer any questions we had about buses/pick ups etc. Overall we really enjoyed our time here, just a few little tweaks mentioned above would have made our experience 10/10.

Was a very cool, smart and vibey place to visit. Walking distance to the beach, strip and all the restaurants. Food was very very good! Proper stuff. Drinks also very well done. Each order is catered to what you want and they take their time and is fresh. Special shout out to Alberto! One of the bartenders, he was so friendly, very good at drink making and attentive. Give this man a pay rise!

I dont understand anyones negative review of this hotel but each to their own. I cant rave about this hotel enough. Gorgeous hotel, very clean and trendy. Rooms a decent size, great powerful shower, friendly staff, lovely pool and a very relaxed vibe. The breakfast is definitely the highlight. Loads of options. Freshly made smoothies, omelettes and you name it. I love that there were so many healthy options (combatted against how much we drank in booze while there). We paid for lunch one day and it was gorgeous too (chicken skewers, nachos). I left my jewellery in my room only realising when I got home so I emailed the hotel. They responded very quickly and said yes they had got it and would return it for a postage fee (amazing). Not only did they return that but my headband, bobbles etc were all put in the little pouch. Big high fives to the room cleaners and Lara & Piedad in Reception. They left a lovely little note in the parcel too. Yes, some have moaned that they took a speaker to pool and told to turn it down or off, well your music taste isnt everyones. That said it does mention on Jet2 that a dj is playing by the pool which there wasnt so it would be good to have some background music on low volume. All in all, amazing hotel, we will be back
