My second time at this hotel in two years all staff so friendly and attentive, food good and theme nights .a big shout out to the entertainment staff for all their hard work and keeping everyone happy. Also it was 47 degrees but all staff just kept going

Me and partner as a young couple visited this hotel for 5 days. The check in was quick and easy and all the staff were very welcoming, they couldn’t do enough for you. The room was spacious and cleaned to a good standard while we were there which goes for the rest of the hotel also. The adult entertainment through the day and at night was good. The children's entertainment seemed good, I would recommend this hotel for people with children. As a fussy eater I found something at every meal time in the all inclusive buffet and the snack bar also had the usual burgers, chips and chicken nuggets just incase. The main pool is big and at a good temperature, we were getting up to put towels on sun-beds around main pool around 7:30/8am which wasn’t a problem for us. The 40min reservation on the sun-beds was a bit of a pain (you couldn’t leave your towels on the bed more than 40mins). The air conditioning in the room wasn’t the best but it did the job for a few nights away; if I had children it probably wouldn’t have. The shower in our hotel room was cold and after speaking to a few other guests their’s was too, it didn’t bother us too much as it was really hot out anyway. It is a 5/10min walk to the beachfront where there are some nice restaurants, cafes, bars and shops. Check out is 12pm we went to get our luggage from the room at 11:50pm and the keys wouldn’t work, once we got our luggage check out was quick and easy and as we had a late flight we put our bags in a luggage room and later on we used their showers and they give you a towel to use also, we had our all inclusive all day even though we was going home later that night. The team were lovely and made time for everyone. All in all me and my partner would go back to this hotel in the future with or without children😊

Just got back from a week here with our 5 year old and 15 month old. We all had a great time and were sad to leave. The best part had to be the entertainment team. They all work so hard. My daughter absolutely loved them. She visited the kids club most days and the mini disco every night. The adult entertainment was good too. Huge shoutout to Claudia who made a lasting impression on my daughter. She misses her so much already. Location wise it’s about a 5/10 minute walk to the beach, shops, cafe, bars etc. Food - themed nights every night. I personally enjoyed the food and I’m somewhat of a fussy eater but enjoyed every night. Kids loved the desserts selection.. especially the chocolate fountain! Cleanliness - I felt the rooms to be tidied/cleaned to a good standard. You can see the cleaners throughout the day keeping the hotel spotless. Sun bed situation can be a bit of a pain around the main pool. You have to be there early to get a sun bed. You can usually find empty beds round the kids pool though. All the staff are friendly and make a real effort with you. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would definitely return.

Just spent 5 days at this hotel and absolutely recommend I went as a lone parent with 2 teenagers one with autism and one disabled I can't begin to tell you how helpful the staff are here I emailed in advance and was given a ground floor room with a jacuzzi which was a huge hit and suprise for both kids !!!,the lifeguards bought us sunbeds right outside and a parasol and never once removed them the whole time I was able to play in the pool with one if the other didn't want too go outside and be able to keep an eye can't fault them for anything and we will be booking again, thanks to gianfranco and easyjet special assistance even I had a relaxing break and I'm so greatful yes the food is hit and miss but they cater for everyone so of course it's not authentic British cuisine everyday bit try something new you might be surprised!!. the breakfast was 10/10 as was lunch and snack bar we were happy with the selections of drinks etc that were on offer ,we took a taxi to the beach as my daughters mobility wouldn't allow the walk but it is flat and not even 10 mins to plenty of bars,restaurants and shops,hairbraiding,boat trips watersports you name it this hotel is perfectly placed for chilled daytime and family evenings we have had a great time thanks guys see you soon !!!!! 😊

Friendly attentive staff, rooms cleaned everyday, entertainment something different everyday, different theme of food every night but the basics were always there e.g pizza, chips, pasta. Sunbed situation is like anywhere, people up at 6:30AM to reserve, the staff remove them after 40 mins if no one is on them, we would sit on the chairs in the morning and wait for them to become free but we didn’t mind! 10 min walk to shops, bars and the beach but you have got LIDL and TEDI which is just a 5 min walk if that. Inflatables aren’t allowed in the pool however we walked down to a supermarket and we managed to get a Lilo with a net which was allowed. Our room was available straight away even though we arrived at 1pm, we were also upgraded to a pool view & had a bottle of champagne in our room on arrival. Would definitely return & recommend
