Hotel jedyna zaleta,to blisko plaży,ładny basen.Pokoj ładny chodź sprzątany co 3 dni.Obsluga bardzo miła.Zmienila bym menu codziennie to samo monotonne,Na pewno nie wrócę i nie polecam.Lezaki na plaży brudne i płatne 6 euro,na basenie za to zbył mało leżaków..Zero atrakcji dla dzieci jak i dorosłych nuda,nuda..

Nice hotel , even they were at the begining of season and were improving every day. Food was ok, beach was very nice. The staff waw very friendly , especially the lady at the reception .( Only the short one with the black glasses must be more polite😟). We think we could go back)

Fabulous hotel with some of the friendliest staff I've ever come across - and i've been to Disneyworld numerous times where service is absolutely top priority. The location is great, right on the beach on the main strip of Agia Marina, within meters of bucket loads of shops, cafes and restaurants. The young staff are friendly, professional and absolutely lovely. The young lady on reception deserves special recognition as she was a delight! Be careful Chrispy Beach Resort, I imagine someone will try to headhunt her (if she's not the owners' family)! The pool, pool bar, reception lobby areas are beautiful, clean, modern and comfortable. The view from the pool is second to none. The food in the buffet restaurant is very tasty. Every night there were two meat dishes, a fish dish, a traditional Greek dish, along with salads and English and Greek sides. The range of foods was excellent considering the small (ish) size of the restaurant. The rooms are modern, clean and comfortable, with excellent air conditioning. The beds are WONDERFUL. I found the mattresses, pillows and bedding extremely comfortable. The bathroom has a large, modern shower cubicle with loads of water pressure and hot water plentiful any time of day. There are people constantly sweeping the outside common areas to keep the whole hotel spick and span :) Nothing I am about to say would deter me from visiting again or recommending this hotel to my friends and family. There are just a couple of TINY things I would suggest as improvements, if I am going to be picky : First, a bin in the bedroom would be useful - there is a small bathroom bin as usually found in hotels - but its very small and there's no main bin in the room. Hardly a dealbreaker but would be useful. The second thing is it would be REALLY nice to have tea and coffee making facilities in the room. I don't think it's too much to ask in a 4* hotel (but I don't know if this is common in European hotels as I mostly travel further afield) and lastly, the paper serviettes/napkins in the restaurant are rubbish. Absolutely tiny and very thin. The tables are set with one serviette per person, and you really would need about 10 of these each per meal as they are SO teeny tiny and thin. Paper serviettes are fine, but these are just too cheap. I come to Crete again I will 100% stay at Chrispy Beach resort, and I would happily recommend it to family and friends for the location, staff, food and comfort of the beds.

Hotel was clean and cleaner ladys were really nice and polite. Beach is near and it was very nice. Maybe only complain during our stay is that there was no fresh water bottle in our room when we arrived during the night, so that would be great for the future visitors :)

We, a family of 3,booked 4 nights at this location on Agoda.com in mid august. They welcomed us with a 7euro/night government tax that was not mentioned on Agoda.com. The location is ok, close to the beach, restaurants and supermarkets. They don't offer parking, you can park on a quite busy street that is crammed with parked cars. The breakfast they offer is not much to chose from and of very poor quality(cheap meat and cheese cuts, cheap fruit juice, tasteless fruits, instant coffee as espresso, french fries, cretan soft drinks). This is not neecesarily a bad location, but not worth 4* and definetely not a match for the price they're asking(aroud 230 euros/night in our case).
