Asterion Suites & Spa

My partner and I stayed at Asterion Suites and Spa for 10 nights in May. We had an amazing time and couldn’t fault the hotel. The hotel is completely immaculate, we had a sandstorm while we were away which covered everything in the hotel in orange sand. The staff worked tirelessly for 2 days to make sure everything was completely clean and free of dust and sand. Even to the point of cleaning the leaves on plants in the outside dining area and wooden paths and umbrellas at the beach. Our room was spacious and clean, far larger than we actually needed. The bed was comfortable, we both slept really well. The bathroom was nice, and the shower held good pressure. The minibar was restocked daily, along with the Nespresso coffee pods. Maid service was really good. The food was excellent and there was always a wide variety of things to choose from at breakfast and dinner. The lunch menu was a la carte, the portions were very large! But always really tasty and of good quality. The a la carte Cretan restaurant was also excellent and we had a lovely meal there too. All the staff worked really hard and couldn’t do enough for you and went out of their way to make sure your needs were fully accommodated. A special shout out to Goran, the buffet restaurant manager who looked after us from day 1 and remembered all our drinks orders and rushed round after us. He went out of his way to make sure we had an amazing time. My only minor suggestions would be to have a full length mirror somewhere in the room other than in the wardrobe. Also to have a soap dish for the bar of soap as it slides off the side into the sink quite frequently. We had an absolutely wonderful stay and felt very relaxed. We would definitely recommend Asterion Suites and Spa, and we would most definitely return!

This is one of the best hotels we have stayed in. We went all inclusive and sometimes the food can get a bit 'samey'. However, the standard of the food was the best we have had with a la carte for lunch and then a choice of buffet or a la carte on the evening. Both were to a really high standard. The rooms were great as was the pool area and the whole landscaping. There was never any problem getting beds/loungers etc. Finally, the staff were exceptionally friendly and genuinely concerned about you having a great time. Providing you want a quiet holiday this hotel is faultless. We will be back next year I'm sure.

This resort just ticks every box for anyone looking to kick back and chill out ! We love it so much we came back and so glad we did .. the staff are the loveliest amazing team who make you feel like family. We felt totally spoilt with the delicious food, outstanding service and exemplary bar service ! Also a very big shout out to the lovely Maria as my Hubby had to work a few early mornings and she kept him topped up with coffee before the breakfast service began ! Absolutely fantastic stay! The amenities are great the hotel is well kept and extremely clean. We had a swim up room which was really nice, we arrived really late and they had made sure there was some meats and cheese's in the fridge for us which was a nice touch. The staff are welcoming and friendly. A special mention to Goran who works in the restaurant nothing was to much trouble! Rulah at the pool bar was also lovely kept our drinks fully topped up! The food was exceptional we can honestly say we never had a bad meal we had the all inclusive package, you can eat pretty much all throughout the day and there's plenty of choice for everyone! We would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday and a beautiful hotel. Thank you

From the moment we arrived, the service at this hotel was warm and welcoming. The staff are friendly and helpful, huge thanks especially to Manolls and Maria for looking after us. We booked all inclusive, the food was amazing and drinks plentiful. The hotel vibe is very chilled and very relaxing as adults only. I would totally recommend this hotel if you need to relax, it’s so peaceful and quiet.
