Asterion Suites & Spa

Had a fab holiday at this beautiful hotel! I traveled solo and felt very safe here. I emailed in advanced and Demeitre was amazing at making sure I had everything I needed. The hotel was lovely. The pool was gorgeous to swim in and had a range of sun loungers and beds around that you could use. Whilst it was fairly busy I could always get a sun lounger. There was also the beach! My room was great and had everything I needed - Nespresso machine, robes, slippers and a good sized bathroom. Water was left in the room each evening which was a nice touch. I am Ceoliac so need gluten free and could always find something to eat. The salads at lunch time were my favourite- the goats cheese and date salad being one of my favourite salads I’ve ever had! The bar staff were absolutely amazing, made the best cocktails and went out of their was to ensure my allergy requirements were looked after- without even asking. The Margaritas were delicious! A huge thank you to George, Roula, Christos, Tony and Orestis who made my holiday! I was a bit nervous before travelling however this hotel was perfect and really welcoming, I met some really lovely fellow guests as well as getting some relaxing down time. Reception were so helpful as well lending me a replacement pair of sunglasses when I lost them in the sea (top tip- be careful of the waves and currents- they can be very strong) and a plug adapter. I got the bus into Chania which was really easy. There was a bus stop about 30secs from the hotel where a bus goes once an hour or you can walk up to the main road where they are more frequent! Overall a lovely holiday and hotel, I will definitely be back!

Ein wunderschöner Urlaub in ruhiger und gepflegter Atmosphäre. Das Hotel ist gut ausgestattet, überschaubar und wirklich schön. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und der Roomservice ist aufmerksam und höflich. Die Restaurants bieten sehr gute, bekömmliche und abwechslungsreiche Küche und haben einen insgesamt sehr guten Standard. Goran, Thassos und das ganze Team auch an der Bar sorgen dafür, dass man sich sehr wohlfühlen kann. Die Geschäftsleitung und Front Office/Rezeption sind professionell, aufmerksam und zuvorkommend (perfektes Upgrade-thank you!). Ein feiner Spa-Bereich macht den Urlaub noch abwechslungsreicher. Danke an Elena für eine wunderbare Cretan-Massage, die wir so schnell nicht vergessen werden. Alles in allem: Wiederholungsgefahr 👍

We only booked the hotel 3 weeks ago as a last minute break and we were not disappointed. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left the service has been amazing. We chose to go all-inclusive and all the food was excellent with plenty of choice at all meal times. House keeping was also excellent as were the lovely suites. Just wanted to say a special thank you to Goran and Nikos in the restaurant for looking after us this past week. Hopefully see you again in the future
