Bardzo dużo podróżujemy po świecie i stawiamy na wysokiej jakości hotele. Ten hotel jest tak dobry i tak ładnie położony, że zdecydowaliśmy się spędzić urlop drugi raz w tym miejscu. Dodatkowo serwis jest na najwyższym poziomie i jedzenie bardzo smaczne. Hotel nie jest duży, nie ma tłumów na plaży, przy basenie i w restauracji. Cisza i spokój gwarantowany. Bardzo polecamy ten hotel. Całej załodze dziękujemy za opiekę, która była na najwyższym poziomie.

It was a wonderful experience in El Gouna. Thanks to all the friendly staff at the golf club, and especially I would like to thank Sami for welcoming us at the bar. Thank you Sami for your wonderful service, and thank you for seeing us off at our departure. We will come again.

Exceptional hotel, surroundings are stunning, staff is beyond friendly and genuinely kind. Is truly is a top hotel. Also not too crowded. Rooms are super clean, modern and no noise during the night (booked a junior suite with pool view). If you want to visit El Gouna, this is the place to stay!

Accomodation was great and the recption desk are all friendly and helpful specially nermeen she did a great job facilitating the events that were joining the Dell event . Pool is very clean and massage is professional would recommend for sure and looking forward to my next visit

Hotel is clean. Staff is friendly and helpfull. Food is healthy and delicious. Daily other menu and live cooking by chef cook. Spa treatment is very relaxing. Massage and hammam treatment is really good. We felt safe in this resort. Coffee bar and pool bar products are excellent. Hotel is well maintained. Service level is very high. Taxi and Atm machine is available in this resort. Even a doctor is present. There is security. This hotel is paradise.
