First the cons, its on a main road and can be noisy. There is some building work next door and it might be noisy. If you sit and chill on your balcony with headphones or buds, it's irrelevant. The pro's. It's a fairly central hotel with good views of the bay, a few minutes from the beach. There is a supermarket at the front of the hotel. The rooms are spacious and spotless. The staff are all fabulous and a credit to the owner/manager. The food varies from good to very good. Half board is a no brainer. The roof top bar and Infinity pool are perfect for chilling all day, or after a long day exploring this lovely country. The roof bar and pool is like an old school ibiza chill out zone, but for adults. The drinks and meals/snacks are not expensive and nothing is too much trouble. If you want to lie on a sunbed by the sea, there is a sister hotel not to far away, but full of families. If you want a good hotel to use as a base to explore the place, this could be it. The conciarge is a fountain of knowledge about the place. We had a fab time and will be back.

This has to be one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. It’s classy, modern, spotless and so professionally run. Rooms are spacious and furnished and beautifully furnished . Spotless clean, towels changed daily, fridge in room and tea / coffee making facilities. Comfy beds. Only negative to be aware of is some rooms do NOT have balconies, just a juliette style balcony. We booked with Jet2 and overlooked this when booking, however, when I went back to reception they changed the room with no extra charge. Breakfast is very good with something for everyone. Plenty of choice and an egg station for omelettes etc. Food is replenished regularly. Bread choice is excellent. The rooftop pool area is lovely with a gorgeous pool that gives you views of the bay. Another well maintained, spotless clean area. Door to the rooftop area does not open until 8am, but there is not a problem for sunbeds. They and the umbrellas are plentiful. Employees are very attentive and on hand for ordering drinks and snacks. Lunchtime food is freshly prepared and very reasonably priced. The restaurant on the rooftop serves food at night and is open until 11pm. We ate there a few times and food was very good. Can’t leave a review without mentioning the staff, they go above and beyond to keep their guests happy. The hotel should be very proud that they have the right people in the job. Any problems you can speak to the lovely Zania who works in Customer Relations. Hotel is approximately a 30 minute walk to the old town but Reception can call you a taxi for €6. Highly recommended this beautiful classy hotel.

Warm welcome on arrival, clean well maintained hotel. We were in a side room at the back and heard no noise. Comfortable beds, great air con. Spotless clean big room. Pool gorgeous and plenty of sunbeds. Breakfast plenty of choice, fresh omelettes cooked on demand. Big shout out to Ksenija who was so friendly and welcoming every day. Budva is definitely an up and coming resort.

This was a lovely hotel and I would definitely recommend Pool The pool is stunning, it’s on the 9th floor. Beautiful views of Budva. Open until 7. There’s a pool bar and also the a la carte restaurant is up here. Drinks bit pricy (12.50 euro for glass for prosecco). Would also be nice to have some frozen cocktails (who doesn’t love a frozen strawberry daiquiri?!). Plenty of sun beds and umbrellas, not padded but the ones with the bit you can pull over your face for shade which are great. Food We were b&b; breakfast was 7.30-10.30 but if you have early check out they will accommodate earlier. Breakfast was nice, one day there was no scrambled eggs which was a bit odd only the egg station where the chef cooked fried eggs or omelettes (but apparently not scrambled). Pastries were same every day, maybe a bit samey if there for a week but for 4 nights it was nice enough. Dinner looked nice and we considered eating there one night but it was 32 euros each which was very overpriced considering there are loads of restaurants in the area. We tried a local restaurant one night behind hotel which was super cheap. We liked eating down by the beach as the sun was setting. Staff Lovely and super helpful especially reception staff, I did not note the lady’s name but she helped with the parking issue and with suggestions for days out and she was lovely. Parking Parking is in the underground basement but it is not free! It’s 10 euro per day which adds up, fortunately I had confirmed beforehand in writing that parking was free (which apparently was an error from Iberostar) so they waived the cost without issue but beware as parking is very limited in budva. Location Location it’s quite good. It’s a 10-15 min walk to the beach where you can rent beds and parasols (2 beds and a parasol was around 15 euro) and then round the sea front to the old town is maybe around 30 mins but the hotel will arrange a taxi which is around 5 euros. Theres a super market literally inside the hotel complex which is super handy and well priced (closed on Sundays). No English tea bags in room but there are some at breakfast. We liked Mogren beach best but sun beds were more expensive there 30 euros for two at first bar and 40 at the next one! However, the road at the front was VERY busy and as such very loud. I had read other reviews but didn’t think it would be too much of an issue but We had a sea view room which was beautiful but could not sit out in the balcony as the road was soooo noisy. We were in the third floor. You couldn’t hear it from the pool and shutting the doors blocked it out but forget having a nice quiet drink in your balcony it’s basically unusable which is such a shame as the sea view rooms are a lot more money for a balcony you can’t use. Also nothing to hang your clothes/towels to dry ( for a 5 star hotel these small aspects would be expected). The left turn into the hotel coming from Tivat direction is a bit stressful but you can drive past the hotel round the roundabout and back on yourself so it’s an easy right turn :) Rooms The rooms were very nice, very spacious and solid walls so no noisy neighbours. WiFi was very glitchy, the TV allowed streaming with a chrome cast but constantly lost the connection. AC excellent. Kettle and coffee machine in room (no spoons provided we had to get some from the bar, again small touches). Gym was very small, very basic open from 9am I believe. Overall the positives do outweigh the negatives and we enjoyed our stay here very much- the lovely staff, gorgeous pool, big comfy rooms and the convenient parking outweighed the negatives (very noisy road, costs to park). We also enjoyed having a few days in Budva aswell as Kotor as both have very different vibes

Arrived at the hotel to be met by Suzanna who told us we'd had our room upgraded. A great start to our holiday. Suzanna noticed it was my birthday and had made sure there was a small selection of cakes in the room. When I told her we'd just got married she said she'd make sure there would be a further celebration and the following day we came back to our room to find Prosecco and a large cake! All the staff were helpful and friendly and the facilities are excellent. (Check out the rooftop infinity pool) So glad we chose this place for our honeymoon
