Czytam opinie i mnie zaskakują. Jadę z całą rodziną (5 osób) do tego hotelu na 14 dni w sierpniu. Wybrałem bo wydaje się niezły , ale kosztuje jak bardzo dobry. Za tę cenę nie powinno być krytycznych ocen , a tu okazuje się że są. Manager hotelu powinien nad tym zapanować bo koszt niemały. Byłem w w Hryzantemie (casino) i było super . Tu już się boję. Mam nadzieję że nie będzie aż tak źle. Myślę że kontakt z managerem hotelu przed przybyciem będzie w dobrym tonie. Zobaczymy. No i byłem i było super. Wszystko na miejscu i spełnił moje wymagania

Absolutely fabulous hotel more like a 5* hotel than a 4*. Very clean, rooms are lovely and each day the room fridge is restocked with cool beverages. The restaurants are lovely and there is a huge selection of food with lots of different counters. All the food is top quality. The staff work really hard to ensure that everything is top quality. The pools are fabulous. Great entertainment. The hotel is at the very end of the strip at the beach which is ideal for young families. To get into the hotel from the beach you need to ensure that you have your room card as you need to scan the card to gain access. At night there is a security guard at this gate which is great. I noticed that the other hotels right at the beach have lots of people strolling in from the strip to check out the entertainment. Me as a parent of young children, I prefer to stay in a quieter hotel that is more security conscious and one of those hotels is definitely Dreams Sunny Beach. I will be returning next summer with my extended family.

Stayed here before Shen it was a Rui pre covid hotel hadn’t changed much, still gorgeous rooms / grounds / pools and location. Food was good, we visited Secrets next door for the speciality restaurant and the service and staff friendliness was exceptional from the minute we walked into reception. Shame I couldn’t say the same about reception staff at Dreams. One receptionist, it felt like you were a total inconvenience for her and she was doing you a favour. That would be our only complaint. Other than the hotel should get non alcohol lager / gin.

Luxurious hotel, perfect location right on the beach and 20-30 min taxi drive from Nasserbar and Sunny Beach, the beach is clean and not crowded, water rides available, clean rooms, good service, great food, diverse and plenty of it. Perfect for families, but not noisy or busy at all.

Just returned from 2 weeks at this lovely Hotel. Had a great time mainly because the Animation team work so hard to ensure you have a fab holiday. They work hard to ensure all ages are catered for from organising games round the pool, they even let our 4 year old join in, to doing the kids disco and shows. The Teamleader, Denis, is such a nice guy and so professional, he leads his team by example. The Bar staff are lovely, especially at the swim up bar and in the entertainment room. Food is plentiful and there’s so much choice but it does get busy, we particularly liked the 2 speciality restaurants, Chinese and Bulgarian. Rooms are a good size and very clean with a mini bar with soft drinks, beer and water that’s replenished daily. We’ve been to this Hotel 2 years running now, 2 Adults, 2 Pensioners and 1 child and have thoroughly enjoyed it. It’s a huge Hotel with a lot of walking and steps but it’s far enough away from Sunny Beach to be quiet. Finally, no issues with sun beds as there‘s plenty.
