A really nice hotel. Well located for train station and historic city centre. Good vibe in hotel bar and excellent breakfast offering. Friendly and helpful hotel team. Bedroom decor was excellent and a/c was good. Will definitely go back.

I spent three great days in Vienna at Hotel Am Konzerthaus. Staff was always very, very, very polite and friendly. When you see the building from outside you don’t think it will be so great once you are inside. Room was very comfortable and the free minibar was a special touch. Breakfast was very good as well with many options of food and drinks.

I am frequently doing my two weeks holiday in Europe in recent years. We stayed in this hotel and found the following : The hotel location, which is 15-20 minutes of walking distance. The room is quite spacious compared with a similar priced hotel. The amenities were really sufficient for our requirements. The bar F&B quality is exceptional. We often opened our window in order to get some fresh air in even when it is now springtime. The telephone might not be working because I couldn't get any dail tone. The bathroom shower glass curtain area was a bit of a problem for the excessive water coming out from the shower. I especially wanted to mention two brilliant individuals: Apostolos, the quality and sustainability manager who ensured customer satisfaction, service quality, and liaison of both customers and internal staff, were outstanding. Kann, the bar staff member who was constantly working really hard, answering any questions and serving professionally to my F&B experiences in the bar. I ended up in the bar four times for dinner. I hope the manager director who will appreciate their effort . Will not give a five-star if they weren't working here.

We spent 8 days here while seeing the opera and performances at Musikverein and Konzerthaus. The hotel was excellent. The room was clean, amenities were restocked daily. The window could be opened if you like fresh air. The front desk staff was friendly, efficient, and helpful. We especially appreciated their offer of coffee and a croissant before our 430 am trip to the airport. The breakfast had a broad range of options suitable for many tastes: Fruits, granola, breads, pastries, charcuterie, eggs, bacon, tea eggs, miso, rice, porridge, really too much to list. The staff at breakfast was friendly and hard working. Given the location of the hotel, including breakfast in your reservation is recommended. The hotel is close to the 71 tram, not far from the D and 2 trams and Stadtpark train station. Karlspatz station is a short stroll. So, getting anywhere is easy. The Konzerthaus is across the street, the Musikverein a few blocks and the opera either a short walk or a brief tram ride away. If you visit Vienna for classical music performances the hotel is very convenient.

Our visit to the fabolous city of Viena was great, first of all because this city is probably one of the most beautiful places in Europe and around the world to be visited for all what it offers, either culture, art, architecture, history & enjoying all the events programmed. The Hotel made our visit very special and we would like to thank all the team for all the finest attentions received. Impeccable service, perfect location, very clean and spaciuos rooms and ecelent restaurant. We surely hope to come back during our next visit to Vienna.
