Hyatt Regency Phuket Resort

Had the opportunity to experience a night during my travels to Asia. What a wonderful property! Was very impressed with the staff and service this hotel provided. Special thanks to Lee at the pool area for taking care of my needs. Also at the reception desk Helena, Nat, Bu, Aodri, and Sol. I will back for a longer stay in the future!

Best holiday ever! Resort was amazing, incredible facilities, especially the views of Kamara Bay. Pool and Casa Boca were next level were amazing spots. The room was large and luxurious, and view amazing. The staff made this holiday for us. Truly caring, helpful and lovely

We had a wonderful stay at the Hyatt Regency Phuket resort. The breakfast was delicious and the service was fabulous. The pool staff was very attentive and the service at the Regency Club with Bim Bim, Pear and Toon was exceptional. Thank you very much.

the location of the hotel is not as expected. Rooms are distant from the main Lobby. we have to take a golf car each time we need to move in or out. The personnel disregarded my special request. they read my request and reminded me of it when checked in but no action !

Nune, Bim Bim, Pear, Kwan, Toon and many more staffs gave us a great and warm hospitality. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves during the stay as all of them have been very attentive, friendly and engaged with us and our kids. Toon and Pear at the Regency Club even helped to recover my dropped wallet and came to me immediately. Our kids love to interact with the staffs mentioned above and we thoroughly had a great vacation.
