Riu Latino

My wife and I spent 10 days at this resort and the staff were outstanding. They ensured any requests for room service etc. were handled quickly! Thank you!!!!

We really enjoyed our stay at Riu Latino. Everything was very clean and the staff is great. Best food we have had at an all inclusive. The buffet always had a wide variety of dishes. The drinks were great and Pepe’s was great for a quick bite for lunch. I would definitely recommend Riu Latino.

Riu Latino was my first all inclusive resort experience and truly lived up to expectations. The staff was absolutely wonderful - attentive, friendly, and always at hand to provide great service without making it seem like they were hovering. In particular, Jenny from the Monctezuma restaurant was incredible! Pros: - Very VERY clean. Everything was spotless indoors and outdoors. - Great service. Staff was always there, always excellent. Tipping is not essential but is a good idea purely as a thank you for the quality of service you get. - Lots of space. You never feel crowded in here. The many pools and accessible bars and restaurants mean that you're probably not going to find yourself waiting for anything. - Great beach. There are loungers on the sand and a staff member comes by with umbrellas and drinks every now and then. - Convenience. The app lets you order most things like water etc without having to call reception. Cons - Food. The Mexican dishes were top tier. Some of the other food was lacking in flavour and quality imo. Asian dishes were pretty lacklustre. Pork is excellent, beef not so much. Overall, 5/5 experience. Would go again.

We had the best waitress in riu latino.she went out of her way every day to make us feel at home .always had water glasses filled new exactly what we drank had it ready for us.Also want to give a very big shout out to Marco entertainment for aqua aeroeics.went evey day we were here.does a great job

Nely is the best waitress! Such a sweet, kind lady and she works so hard. Her service is outstanding! She was our waitress for breakfast and lunch every day during our recent vacation. She takes great pride in her job and really connects with the people staying at the resort!
