Beautiful Resort! This was my second time staying here. the views from the rooms are stunning. Everyone treats you with respect, the bartender Olga great customer service! From the entertainment staff Josue awesome guy!

We had the Jr. Suite room and it was well worth the extra cost. The room was spacious and the balcony had an incredible view of both all the pools and the ocean. You will not be disappointed with this type of room. The food was also very delicious. If you live Fish, you will not be disappointed.

Overall the hotel,staff and the food was great! Rooms were cleaned daily the restaurant staff very attentive and the food was great with a wide selection to choose from.The hotel was very relaxing with plenty to do!

Wonderful time for a family of five (with 3 boys 8/10/12yrs). We reserved through booking.com and they were able to accommodate our request for connecting rooms (with a complementary upgrade to ocean front). Our flight from SFO arrived 7am, and while our rooms were not ready until 3pm, we had full access to the resort. The staff is polite and accommodating, the resort impeccably maintained, food and entertainment options are plentiful. But you have to have reasonable expectations, as it’s still “mass produced luxury”. Don’t expect One and Only service or Ruth’s Chris steakhouse food. The themed restaurants were not the best and the buffet had more options and better food in our opinion. We would definitely go back.
