From the moment we arrived it was absolutely amazing, and made even better by the amazing workers. A special shoutout to Alinne at the front desk for being so amazing. She really went above and beyond for us and hope she gets special recognition for her outstanding job. Thank you Alinne!

Very good hotel. The room is clean and spacious. The food is very good, there are so many options of drinks offered to you during the day, everywhere. Many snacks options around the hotel. We liked everything about it. It’s in the middle of the nature, with a modern atmosphere at the same time. The staff are great, very friendly . Can’t thank them enough for their hard and good work . I highly recommend it.

Absolutely amazing hotel, loved everything about it. The kids club was the best we have ever used, all the girls were so lovely, the facilities in the kids club are outstanding. All the girls were so lovely with our little boy, he loved them all and wanted to spend so much time there. Activities were fun and very well run. Also felt very safe and trusted them completely. Will definitely return

Long overdue very positive feedback. Everything was perfect: delicious and high quality food offerings, highly recommend Maxal/Mexican, Ahuma/steakhouse, La Luce/Italian restaurants. The gym classes offered were awesome, the Hilton instructors were great and there was a visiting instructor who was excellent. We tried all classes, yoga, meditation & breathing, pilates, HIT. Fantastic. Highly recommended this resort.

I had the most amazing experience. I am not gonna lie that the first day things were not as I was expecting for a 5* hotel: buffet food for the afternoon in Vela Sur was not top. Then the next day I went to eat at the SeaSalt restaurant for sea food in the afternoon and the worst. But I have approached to the concierge (Ana) and she really listened to me and was the best. I can say that the other 6 days of my stay were amazing. All dinner restaurants were amazing, delicious. Cannot tell exactly which was my favorite as all of them were deli deli. The services was even more better: all waiter and waitresses were very friendly. Pool activities: so good. Special thanks to Emilio, Daniela, Marina, Ivan. THANK YOU for your attentions. Definitely, the star of the trip was the kids club. My kids only wanted to go 24/7 to the kids club. They did: arts & craft, waterpark, pool time, games, pinata, face painting, etc etc. They also met other kids and plus the entertainers they had the time of their life. The staff was TOP but SO TOP: nice, happy, funny, good service, professional. Special thanks from Olivia & Rodrigo to: Eliana, Michelle, Montse, Bel, Angel, Joss, Emma, Cristal. We love you guys!!! My kids were already asking to return for next year. Beach: there is one made beach which is beautiful, safe, no waves, kids friendly, the only thing is that it is too rocky, but, if you get water shoes you should be fine to swim and even to do snorkeling. Room: good AC, great bed, good size. My favorite part the size of the shower and that it is kind of an open toilet-room. Room service was good, cleaning service also great. Waterpark is really good. Breakfast buffet: I love it. Even better with the moet chandon mimosas. Night entertainment was good too: parties, mexican shows, other types of shows. You really are full the whole day from 6AM to 11PM: morning yoga, gym clases, bike tour, pool activities, afternoon activities for adults (arts & crafts), etc etc. Thank you Hilton Tulum
