The hotel staff are exceedingly pleasant and helpful. Entertainments crew are young and very enthusiastic. All happy to chat or leave you alone. They put on evening entertainment every night and hats off to them for what they achieved. Food is generally good and buffet style. Plenty to choose from but the only criticism is that it doesn't differ very much from day to day. Ate at Azha restaurant one night for the "Moroccan experience". Staff were even more attentive and friendly. The food definitely gave you a taste of Morocco. The hotel was spotless as were the pools and bars. Many maintenance staff make sure floors are clean and the grounds are kept in superb condition All in all a very good week

We arrived here last week for one weeks holiday. From arriving to leaving this was one of our best experiences. The staff in breakfast and lunch couldn’t do enough for us especially Salah Eddine and Fatna. The food was amazing with a wide range of options Italian and Moroccan being our favourite. The experience in the À la carte restaurant Azah restaurant was absolutely amazing again the food was delicious and the staff including the manager kept coming up to us checking everything was ok and explained all the dishes we had. Fabulous. The whole entertainment team was absolutely fantastic with a huge smile on their faces allllll day and night they’re constantly making everyone feel great - Jamila was amazing and always making sure I was happy and having a great time. 🫶🏽 getting me up dancing and enjoying myself. The rooms and maids were very nice and friendly leaving clean towels and replenishing water. I asked for my pillow to be changed as this was very firm and uncomfortable but it was the same after changing. The grounds and pool area was beautiful and very spacious with lots of sunbeds to choose from. The beach bar staff were very friendly and helpful with a huge selection of drinks and cocktails. The food bar had a great selection of food but we chose to go to the main buffet restaurant as we found more selection available. The location was very nice and quiet with a beautiful beach and lots of surfing. We did walk into Taghazout which was an hours walk or so. We absolutely loved it there as it was very rustic and unspoiled. We also had a trip to Agadir where they had the biggest market in North Africa. I couldn’t recommend this place enough. When we had to check out the hotel manager Morad came to check everything had been perfect for us which was great and very personable. We’re definitely going back 100%

A stunning hotel for a relaxing stay. Accommodation and food very good, staff work very hard to make sure all your needs are catered for. Entertainment staff were amazing, activities during the day were varied to suit all tastes and on a night it was either the staff putting on show or outside acts to entertain. Staff actively engaged with everyone no matter what age and definitely go out of their way to make your stay the best it can be. Have made some lovely friends there and can’t wait to return for another stay. 100% recommend this hotel to anyone, there’s no getting up at stupid oclock for a sunbed as there’s loads to go round and they are well spaced out so you don’t feel like your sat over the top of other people. The only negative was the room we had was a swim up garden view which is not worth the upgrade as it’s basically more of a splash pool, having said that when we booked we didn’t have the option to change the room as it was part of the package.

The holiday was perfect. The reps and the animation team made it feel like a family. Was made to feel welcome day after day and made my birthday special with cake and staff and guests singing. Can’t praise the staff highly enough. Five stars!!!!
