The hotel was ok. Everything is newly renovated, clean and tidy. The food has been ok, but the buffet gets very busy and not much variety. The sunbeds also were hogged all day by towels which was quite annoying. The rooms were a good size, clean and pillows were comfy. However the bed was rock solid… For a family holiday I would say it was perfect, enough to do for the kids and enough entertainment but the hotel is very very busy and hard to feel relaxed at times.

We came as a large family group and have had a wonderful time. The staff are all so friendly, resort is clean and well looked after and despite what other reviews may say, there is a great selection of food throughout the day. I think the negative review are from those who come away expecting burgers & chips & anything else “English”! Special shout out to Yoyo who has continually checked on us all to make sure we are having a great holiday 😊 thank you all, with appreciation, the Goodman family 😊

Such a good great holiday the hotel was fantastic the food is good the bar was cool but all the thankfull to the animation team specially yo-yo who was brilliant and so helpful we are definitely coming back and the position of the hotel was perfect close to everything

Kenzi Europa is located perfectly for ease of access to local attractions. Staff are very helpful, engaging and fun. The staff interact with all visitors in numerous languages and nothing is too much trouble for them. Plenty of evening entertainment and music is played all day. After entertainment the hotel is peaceful allowing a restful nights sleep. There is an onsite pharmacy, hairdresser and massage salon. I suggest speaking to your rep to book an excursion massage, they will give you the best prices. Taxi’s pass by the hotel all day- negotiate with them they are cheap. There are plenty of options for food, the pool snack bar also prepares fresh food and there is always something to eat. The pool can get a little busy but the beach is quiet and free to use. Rooms are modern, clean and very well serviced. KFC, McDonald’s and Pizza Hut are all close to the beach. I have really enjoyed my stay and would return.
