Skandaliczny wyjazd do Kataru z biura podróży Itaka. Po przyjeździe do hotelu okazało się, że mimo dokumentacji którą posiadaliśmy Itaka nie zrobiła rezerwacji w hotelu. Po kilku godzinach awantury, aby zostać w hotelu o 2 w nocy musieliśmy zapłacić za pierwszy dzień pobytu aby nie zostać wyproszonym. Oferta całkowicie niezgodna ze stanem faktycznym. W wersji all inclusive praktycznie nie było. Z pięciu restauracji all Carte otwarta była jedna w formie bufetu na śniadanie i kolację i jedna formie bufetu na obiad. Obiad w formie zminimalizowanej, nieprawdopodobnie mały wybór. Wiele rzeczy mimo wersji all inclusive trzeba było płacić. Alkoholi zarówno lokalnych jak i importowanych zero. Zarówno alkohole w zminimalizowanej postaci jak i inne napoje można było zamówić do pokoju wykręcając dwójkę na telefonie - po około 40min przynosili. Po trzech dniach ten telefon już był zablokowany i po kolejnych dwóch dniach przestoju można było dzwonić na numer 3 do restauracji o czym nie poinformowano. Aby pójść na plażę, trzeba było nosić własne napoje, bo bary były nieczynne. Identycznie było na basenie, bar całkowicie zamknięty. Drugi basen całkowicie nieczynny - brudny. Zapaliliśmy 30 tys. złotych za dwie osoby za dwa tygodnie, sprawę oddaje prawnikowi za oszustwo i wyłudzenie.

The food at the pool restaurant were disgusting. They are allowing people to enter the pools in their clothes wich is not hygienic and delayed the slides queue, at the entrance they don't allow to enter food for babies i had a banana and apple so they called the manager which took one hour to solve this issue.

We had a truly unforgettable week away as a family of 11. The hotel is absolutely beautiful – even better than the photos, which really doesn’t do it justice. Although only one pool was open during our stay, it was never too busy. We always found sunbeds together and even managed to enjoy the cabanas. We all booked separately - some all inclusive and some not, and we were able to navigate this well, while all eating together with no issues. The food was consistently outstanding – a solid 10/10 with plenty of variety to suit everyone’s tastes. Every meal felt special. The staff were exceptional throughout. Always smiling, they went above and beyond to make us feel welcome – remembering our drink orders and adding such a personal, friendly touch to each interaction. Our rooms were spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The terrace was a standout – it was huge! All 11 of us could gather there comfortably, with room to spare. While the hotel is about an hour from the airport, everything you need is right on-site. The water park was a big hit – fun for all ages with a great selection of slides and a relaxing lazy river. We had no issues with birds, contrary to some previous reviews. The area was well maintained and clean. A heartfelt thank you to the team who made our stay extra special: Nihal (Chef), Grace and Vine at Souk Kitchen, Kintu and Goodluck at the South Pool, and Zen, Carla, and Antonio at Miss Wong and the Lebanese restaurant – both of which are a must-try for the amazing food and service. Also, thank you to Betty and Syed for their kindness and attention throughout. We truly loved every moment and will absolutely be returning. Was so satisfied and the staff so polite, best place, I enjoyed to my fully,, everything was so cool.... I can't complain of anything , I was so glad to meet lamula from recreation, I also went to desert fall water park , it's so nice for me to be here at ladies day

We stayed at Hilton Salwa for 3 nights . We were impressed by the beach which is very clear and calm .The rooms were clean and tidy and includes all required amenities.Our kids enjoyed the amazing aqua park , the entry tickets are included with room . The staff were friendly and eager to help .Special thanks to Mr.Hamdy Front Desk assistant manager and his team for making our stay enjoyable.we would like to extend our thanks to customer relations manager for their help and fulfil our requirements. We definitely will recommend this hotel to anyone looking for relaxing stay . We will difenitly be back .
