Niki Suites

We are coming to the end of our 2nd wonderful stay at Niki Suites. Most has been said about the lovely friendly family who run this place so expertly, nothing goes by Marios attention. A couple of days this week sunbeds had been reserved & he quickly put a sign on all the tables to ask not to leave them unattended for more than 45 mins & this resolved the situation. Pool towels are provided but not advertised, collect them at the end of the week can get a new set. Agree with the previous comments about the deckchairs not being the most comfortable & we took the cushions from the couch. Breakfast was very satisfying & we'd sometimes take a couple of things up for a snack later. Met lot's of repeat guests from last year which added to the holiday, & we've already booked direct with Mario for next year, that says it all.

Just returned from a week at this very relaxing and welcoming accommodation. No hesitation at all in recommending. Things we loved: The hosts. Always helpful and smiling and never intrusive. Nothing was too much trouble. The location. Beautifully landscaped surroundings, lovely pool, immaculate gardens. Peace and quiet yet really convenient for the shops, bars and tavernas. Accommodation. Modern, clean lines. Comfortable bed. Lovely view. Bathroom set up - clear glass screens for both toilet and shower - may not suit everyone but fine for us. Sunbeds. Extremely comfortable. During our stay (Whitsun week), they were never totally occupied but got close at times. The guests at the neighbouring Seaside apartments have full use of the pool and have breakfast with the quests at the suites. No problem but I can imagine some may have an issue when considering the big difference in price for the two accommodations if sunbeds became scarce? Things we liked: Breakfast. So well organised, well prepared and served in beautiful surroundings. A nice variety of both cooked (eggs, toasted sandwiches etc. that varied from day to day) along with some items served daily (yogurt and honey, salad etc.). I really enjoyed this but I guess some may really prefer a buffet "choose your own" affair. For example, we were only served pastries on one occasion and no cereal at all, which I would imagine wouldn't suit some folk. A few suggestions for improvement perhaps? We only had a kettle in the apartment and no coffee machine at all which I would have really appreciated. Also, no teabags, coffee or milk provided which, for an establishment of this quality is surprising. No pool towels provided. Again, surprised at this. The balconies are lovely, with nice sea views. However, the furniture provided (in our case two deckchairs and an additional seat) were not particularly comfortable or condusive to spending time outside. Cushions would be welcome! But all in all, we had a lovely time and would return again without hesitation.

Niki’s Luxury suites are in a quiet area behind Niki’s Studios which are next to a main road. Fabulous two story apartments Very clean and comfortable.Wi fi is very good. Breakfasts are a must enough to keep you going until the evening, although snacks at the bar are lovely_ The staff are very friendly and the service is second to none. The pool is a lovely walk in and cleaned daily. The centre of the village with lots of reasonably priced restaurants is about 200 metres away and the resort is on the flat although cobbled in some areas. We enjoyed it so much we will be returning next year. Thank you Marios and all your wonderful staff.

Stayed for 10 nights this May at Nikki Suites and cannot praise the accommodation enough. The suites are just beautiful as is the pool and bar area. The whole complex is finnished to such a high standard and immaculately maintained. The hosts Mario Nikki and all the staff cannot do enough for you; they are welcoming, friendly and accommodating; nothing is too much trouble. Breakfasts vary from day to day but always delicious and freshly made . Bar snacks served through the day these are freshly prepared and delicious. The location of the suites are just minutes walk away from the centre of Petra . Sunsets from the views overlooking the sea front are simply stunning. In my opinion this is a gem 💎 of a place and next year already booked .

Had a fantastic stay at The Nikki suites, the accommodation was fabulous, finished to a very high standard! A family owned and run business who put their absolute all into the upkeep and also keeping everyone happy! The apartments were cleaned everyday apart from Mondays! Breakfast was lovely and always served with a friendly face! The grounds and pool area was meticulously cleaned each day! An absolute gem of a place. Beautiful family . Will definitely be returning.
