Hotel Belle Plagne 2100 Vacances Bleues

We just made a return visit to this hotel. The ski in ski out location is excellent as is the boot room, just behind the reception. The bedrooms/ensuites have benefitted from being updated - they are fresh, comfortable, clean and plenty of hanging space for ski gear. We were always very happy with the buffet breakfasts and evening meals - plenty of food and always something to choose from. The restaurant staff were all fantastic. I can only speak of them in the highest terms. They were friendly, charming and tried really hard to look after me with a gluten free diet. Thanks so much all of you for your care and a special shout out to Pierre. We missed the hot tubs which have been removed, but enjoyed sunny evenings on the deck at the front of the hotel. I would happily return for another stay!

Absolutely fantastic hotel. Plenty of communal space to socialise in in the evening. The staff were super friendly and very helpful. Food was a delight. With perfect breakfasts and delightful evening meals. Ski in ski out and a local shop directly opposite. Highly recommended and would definitely return again.

Just home after a week's stay at Hotel L'eden De Cimes. We loved it. The hotel is in a perfect location, ski in ski out. Staff very friendly and always had a smile. The room was clean, warm and we had a fantastic piste view and door opening to outside. The food was delicious, lots of choice, plentiful and sooo good. We can't recommend this hotel highly enough, even if just for the yummy food alone. An added bonus-We were very impressed that breakfast was provided on our day of departure-at 4:45am! Well done to all.

Went here in January on a Crystal ski holiday. I was attracted by the mostly glowing reviews, ski-in/out location and the fact that I had never been to La Plagne before. Pros: The location is excellent - truly walk out the front door, strap on your skis and away you go. The lockers are very convenient. There is a ski set next door for ski hire There is a supermarket opposite for drinks, snacks, water. The room had a bath. The coffee machines in the restaurant make great coffee Cons: There is a lot of fabric in the rooms and ours was quite dusty and both my wife and I suffered hayfever-like symptoms. I didn’t bother to mention that as most of the hotel seemed the same. There was no kettle or tea/coffee making facility in the room. Really!? I’ve had this in lower rated establishments. The fitness room is a couple of tired looking machines. The drinks are expensive. I expect a premium in a ski-resort but it felt like tourists are being fleeced. It costs €11-12 for a large beer. To be fair, the rest of La Plagne was the same. The restaurant area felt cramped and tired with flaking paintwork. Food is buffet style with mostly the same soups, salads and desserts every evening with different mains. It was okay but nothing special. Although we had a good holiday, I wouldn’t go back to this hotel. It feels like a piste-side Travel lodge and over priced for what it is.

Having visited Belle Plagne a few times to ski using self catering apartments this was our first to an hotel. It looked good in virtual tours and it lived up your expectations. Everything was good good including rooms, food, location and staff. We would certainly go again. The only down side is the cost of drink in the lounge, to the extent that we brought refreshments to our room or used the local bars. Small beer 6 euro, large 10 euro. 6 pack in Spar (50m walkaway) 6 euro.
