Hotel Plan B

Simple the best I would start with this review. We booked last minute stay due to proximity of bus station and nearby stores and rentals. Hotel staff was very approachable and understanding, willing to practice flexibility if request is bit out of common. Facilities in hotel are up to highest standards and it offers variety of choices from 7-77. Our room was double standard and upon check in we were upgrade to bit different layout which had more space. Breakfast buffet was basically everything that You can expect in hotels 3,4 starts and above. I would like to compliment entire set of team in bar, kitchen and front desk as we really enjoyed every moment there and we will be looking forward to come back. Best Regards from Alex and Uros xD

This place was great: well located, efficient staff, restaurant/bar, arcade games for the kids, and most importantly quiet, relatively spacious rooms, and comfy beds. The bathrooms were great (no water everywhere like some). I realize this sounds like a bot because it is all positive, but I struggle to find anything negative to say. And the breakfast was plentiful with many options and delicious!

Lovely clean hotel, spacious room with mountain views, ideal for families. We had breakfast included in our stay which was lovely, lots of choice and enjoyable. The location was fantastic, right by the bus station and only 5 minute walk to the centre. The only downside was it was very expensive (half term week which didn’t help!) and it was very busy so we didn’t manage to use the bowling alley even though we tried a few times. The description said complementary toiletries, so for once I didn’t pack shower gel - but the toiletries only consisted of shampoo and hand soap! Staff were very friendly, English speaking and very helpful. We arrived late on the first night and my children were thirsty. The bar was closed so the man on reception gave us a jug of water to take to our room.

The hotel is in a great location, just a 5-minute walk from the center of Chamonix, and the ski bus stops right in front of the hotel. Everything is very clean, and the staff is friendly. A small complaint about the food – it's always the same, and there should be more savory options for breakfast and a larger à la carte selection for dinner. Also, the garage is not suitable for large cars.

The whole place has a fun, cheerful vibe. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff is friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast buffet, happy hour and restaurant. Great for families, with many games and bowling. Easy walk to all the shops and restaurants. Right next to the bus station for easy travel access.
