Pickalbatros Water Valley Resort by Neverland

We had an amazing stay and gutted it’s come to an end. We really don’t want to leave but hopefully not too long before we’re back. This resort is very welcoming with friendly staff, great atmosphere for all. Many acitivites during the day aswell as evening entertainment

We have really enjoyed our holiday. The only downfall was the food. We have been to Egypt many of times and have had a lot better food. The red meat was all ways chewy and overcooked? I don’t understand why they cook meet and then re-cook it on the grill. It’s just drying it out by doing this. The pizza need some different cheese on as can’t really test the cheese they use. And it be nice to have few more toppings choice at the snack bar. The grilled chicken was our favourite and we lived on that for 12 nights. The potatoes they did with cheese sauce and the mashed potato were both very nice. The breakfast was a letdown the omelette was not very nice again no taste with the cheese. They’re using needs to be a couple of cheeses inside to make it a bit more tastier. We only had brakfast twice. Juices could be kept a bit colder as sun was warm as just left in the bucket of ice. Would be nice to get icecream in the restaurants and by snack bar. And would have been nice to have a choice of a couple of à la carte instead of buffet style restaurants. All the staff are great and lifeguards by the polls are very friendly and are very good with the kids. Our son has autism. They were great with him. And the was one person in vr place did not get his name but he was brilliant and understood my son condition. The hotel reception was good and give us late check out as we had a late flight flying back and would of been nightmare with are son with out the late check out we are very grateful to reception for sorting this for us. And we got a lovely quiet room as requested. And we had a lovely big room that was one of our best rooms we’ve ever had in Egypt and the cleaner was brilliant. Staff in restaurants ware all brilliant and very helpful. The things for the kids two do are excellent. My son loved the VR after dinner. There was lots of choices and of all within the price of your holiday and they had a fair but never really used as my son‘s not keen but he loved the waterpark which was his main thing of coming to this hotel was not disappointed in the facilities for the kids.

Our stay in Neverland was thoroughly amazing, from beginning to end! This resort has everything and more. Our suite was very modern and spacious, good we had a living room to be able to chill out in aswell as two bathrooms which suites a bigger family. Our room boy did an amazing job of cleaning our room and leaving little towel animals on the bed which our kids was very happy about. I must say not all pools have pool service but the bars are not far to walk too. Yes, this hotel is big, but is it walkable, yes! From one side to the other side, no more than 10/15minutes. There’s a blue shuttle bus which is also driving around the resort which is a benifit for people who struggle to walk or with young children. Daily and evening entertainement provided by the animation, however it’ll be nice to see more evening entertainment for adults, not only dance shows all the time. Bring back, mr and mrs, music quiz, disco for adults in the evening. Around 10/10:30pm everything finishes, which is not good for all the adults in the hotel. This resort offers a lot of restaurants to eat at which cater for many.
