Pickalbatros Blu Spa Resort

Me & my husband arrived here in April and as soon as we arrived till the moment we left the staff was polite and helpful , the staff work hard to make your stay the best experience, always taking the time to talk to you, the Hotel itself is beautiful and clean, We had the same lad cleaning our room daily his name was sammy, what a beautiful person. The bar staff in the lobby was brilliant Mohammed Khalaf and Ahmed Mahmoud whom knew exactly what we had to drink so we didn’t even have to ask for anything they was amazing To many names to mention in the restaurant but all equally as polite and helpful, Reception staff are always on hand to help. The food was also amazing, our room was upgraded as we arrived late . We have travelled to many destinations but this was by far the best. The manager is always about taking the time to make sure you have everything you need, We will definitely be back to see all the guys here They are all amazing and do a brilliant job

We stayed here for 2 weeks (today being our last day ☹️.) From start to finish the staff have been AMAZING! They look after you the minute you arrive. The bar staff, restaurant staff, entertainments team, pool lifeguards just everyone are so lovely, they remember your names, what you’re drinking and just really take care of you. I have no hesitation in wanting to return just to spend time with the lovely staff and of course some sun! The hotel and rooms are super clean, they are constantly cleaning, repairing and upgrading, gardeners, painters. Sooo fresh! They have entertainment throughout the day - no pressure to join in and the evening entertainment is great, fills the time with couple drinks. The food is delicious, sometimes a little repetitive but we’ve been here 2 weeks so bound to happen! The blue lounge was our favourite. Cocktails are not really a thing but soon found out Vodka Mango is delicious my go to holiday drink! You get guys come around the pool asking if you want to book trips, go in the spa etc. they can pester sometimes but they soon get the idea if you don’t want to. We booked a boat trip and quad biking etc through the guys around the hotel and our trips were amazing we had so much fun so don’t be afraid to book through them. If you think they pester too much you can request “do not disturb” flags from reception I believe, but honestly they do get the hint and just say hi to you as they walk past. Overall we’ve had the best time and are really sad to be going home! Until next time blu spa xx

This resort by far exceeded all our expectations beautiful hotel .pristine condition.the rooms large and airy fridge full of soft drinks and beer .replaced everyday .rooms cleaned daily fresh pillow cases daily too.ample of food choices buffet with everything you like.al a carte restaurant.indian and asian.and 2 buffet restaurant .the food was absolutely delicious.the staff in this hotel go above and beyond to make your holiday as special as possible .nothing is too much trouble .while lounging round the pool is my idea of a holiday there is still plenty to do you are on the beach where snorkeling is very popular.boat trips.quad biking .and lovely shops in walking distance with many restaurants outside the resort too.we will definitely be going back next year .
