- The Flexi PASS is not designed for large groups
- The date you choose during the booking is just an estimated starting date; your Vienna FLEXI Pass will be activated the first time you use it in the city and will be valid for 2, 3, 4 or 5 visits, depending on the selected option..
- Activate your pass by visiting your first attraction. Each attraction may only be entered once. Activated pass(es) are non-transferable. Please present the QR code on your Pass for admission
- Most of the museums offer multilingual audio guides and information leaflets
- Your Flexi PASS will be valid for 60 days from the date of the first use
- Before you start, please fill in the date of first use on the back of your pass
- Children (age 0-5 years): free on selected sights if accompanied by an adult holding a Flexi PASS
- You will receive a detailed booklet with information on all attractions
- Panoramabahn Schönbrunn, Transfer-Bahn Tirolerhof & Zoo as well as Mythos Mozart and Theatermuseum are available for Vienna FLEXI Pass
- For the DDSG cruises it is necessary to reserve a slot in advance. You will receive instructions after booking
