- Arrival at Aqualand is approximately 10:00 and Palmitos approximately 10:20
- Departure from Palmitos is approximately 16:00 and Aqualand approximately 16:15
- A print-out of the ticket is needed to enter the park. Entry to the parks is by age. If you can't prove age, then height will be applied
