Hotel was Fantastic, we will definitely be coming back, Rooms were clean , fresh beach towels and 2 big bottles of water every day. We stayed in a standard room with city view but will upgrade next time to have pool view. Waterpark and wave pool were great with so many things to do you never got bored, the main pool was more relaxed which meant you could go to different areas depending how you felt on the day. The private beach across the road was stunning and great for swimming, it also had food and drink which was included from your all inclusive which was great. The Asian a la carte was amazing and there were so many options for food in the hotel. The staff were amazing and couldn’t do enough for you, Mohamed from the animation team was so friendly and went above and beyond multiple times to make our holiday amazing, we hope he will be there when we go back next year. Live football was also shown in the Zaza lounge/ library too which my partner was very happy about. We did have an issue which we chose to leave till the end of our stay to resolve , the manager of the hotel and two lovely girls from the front desk who spoke English were so incredibly helpful and reassuring , promising us that the issue would be resolved as soon as possible which we were very grateful for. We had the best stay and will be back for many more holidays, couldn’t recommend it more.

A fantastic family holiday location with everything you need for kids and grown ups. Rooms are big and have lots of good amenities. We had a superior suite with two rooms and it was lovely. A little wear and tear in parts but overall great rooms. Waters added daily and towels changed regularly. Aircon was a little loud but you got used to it. Swimming pools and slides in the aqua park (which is part of the resort and equal distance from our room in the main block to the large normal pool) are awesome and definitely where we as a family stayed each day. Plenty of sunbeds and hardly any queues for the slides. Cabana staff made sure we had drinks and water throughout the day. A few activities staff came to encourage us to do activities but not pushy, neither where the experience team who offered trips and beauty treatments. Came round regularly but just had to say no thank you and they left you alone. Restaurants are all fab, we had 2 kids under 6 and found Gusto a bit loud and overwhelming for them but Botanica in the aqua park was calm and friendly and although less choice still had loads on offer. The kids and us grown ups ate like kings and queens! Staff made us feel very special and looked after us at every meal. Really making a fuss of the kids. The beach is lovely, no reef for adults but a few little fish hanging around for the kids. Food and drink and loos close by. Loads of shade too. I was just really impressed with Sinbad club, having been to some 5 star adult only hotels in makadi bay we weren't sure what to expect, but we really loved it. Had lots for adults and kids.

The a la carte restaurant is brilliant. Lovely host and great food. Its one of the 3 a la carte restaurants that you can book easisly from the front desk. The green curry is highly recommended. The wine is okay. The staff makes you feel confortable.
