- By government order, in case you want to enter the archaeological site with mobile devices (GoPro, professional camera, selfie stick, and drones) you must pay an additional fee per device at the ticket office
- Mexicans have a discount on the archaeological sites' tax upon the presentation of their ID on the day of the tour. The discount will not be applicable without the official identification
- For safety reasons, you must wear a life vest during the visit to the cenote (the cost is not included in the price)
- The order of the activities might change due to operational reasons
