- Be aware that the corridors in the Sisi Museum are narrow, so you will need to stay close to the guide
- The entry is free to the palace courtyards, Heldenplatz and Burggarten
- The gardens are not green or lit up in winter, so it’s best to book a morning tour or visit in spring, summer, and autumn
- In case of extreme weather conditions (such as snow), the gardens will be excluded from the itinerary for the safety of the guests. From 08.11 to 06.01, you will have a chance to visit a local Christmas Market instead
