- Unfortunately, guests with wheelchairs or any impairments requiring special assistance can't be accommodated on this tour
Not allowed:
- It is not possible to bring strollers, baby carriages, luggage or suitcases because there's no space to store them on the coach
Know in advance:
- Important: Please note that the lunch stop will not be included from early November to March when going to Positano
- From early November to March, Mount Vesuvius isn't accessible and is replaced with Positano, except for the Christmas period (from 26 December to 2 January) when it is open
- During summer months, in rare cases of inclement weather or strikes, the crater of Vesuvius may be closed to visitors and replaced with a visit to Positano where you will have free time to explore the city
- Please be advised that in the case of events beyond control, the local guides may need to adjust the itinerary to ensure the safety, quality, and satisfaction of your travel experience
- The local operator reserves the right to refuse participation to any guest under the influence of drugs or alcohol or whose behaviour is disorderly, or poses a threat to other guests or the staff
- The operator does not take responsibility for loss of or damage to property belonging to a passenger which is lost or stolen on the coach during the tour. Any shipping costs will not be handled by the local operator
- Please note that infants are free of charge and do not have a reserved seat on the bus

- Children under the age of 18 might be requested to show their ID card at the entrance of the site, so please bring it with you on the tour
- This tour involves a fair amount of walking. Comfortable shoes are recommended
