• please note, there is no storage on the bus or in the booking office for prams and large bags. Kindly leave them in your car or hotel room

Know in advance:

• pick-up from selected locations is available. Please contact the local tour operator to arrange it, you'll find the contact information on the voucher you'll receive after booking
• minimum numbers apply. There is a possibility of cancellation after confirmation if there are not enough passengers to meet requirements. In the event of this occurring, you will be offered an alternative or full refund
• the local provider may alter or cancel any section of the itinerary which may result from road closures, weather, suppliers or any other operational conditions
• tour duration is approximate and based on tour time starting from and returning to Aquaduck booking office, Surfers Paradise
• the rainforest walks require a low to moderate degree of fitness and follow clearly marked paths and boardwalks
• your guide has all the relevant permits, training and authorization to ensure a safe, comfortable journey
• different supplier vehicles may be used in the event that a tour operator branded vehicle is unavailable
• any person under the age of 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult 18+
• concession pricing is for seniors and students with a valid ID
• all vehicles carry umbrellas, insect repellent, and first aid kits

Remember to bring:

• comfortable walking shoes (enclosed are recommended), jacket, hat, and water bottle
