2,5 **nic więcej brudny niebespieczny hotel każdy z ulicy może wejść nie jest ogrodzony obsługa hotelowa zwłaszcza kierowniczka sali bardzo nie miła ,dojscie do plaży pod ulicą gdzie wystają elektryczne kable ,brudno nikomu nie polecam tego hotelu.Czasem przydał by się uśmiech ☺ a tu tego nie zobaczysz

Nie ma co dużo pisać...dla tych co szukaja spokoju hotel idealny, czysty, jedzenie pyszne, personel bardzo miły...bardzo fajna atmosfera-najlepszy szef kuchni z żoną:) na długo was zapamiętamy! I będziemy polecali hotel !

Jesteśmy zachwyceni pobytem w hotelu Azul eco. Przez ten tydzień czuliśmy się jak w domu. Zachwyciła nas niezwykła gościnność, atmosfera, profesjonalna ,zawsze pomocna obsługa i czystość w pokojach. Pyszne jedzenie( oliwki, feta, słodkie pomidory, bakłażan, przepyszne soki, sałatki sosy a nawet pizza!) desery, kawa lody owoce i różnorodne drinki. Dziękujemy za umilanie czasu grecką muzyką na żywo, dzięki czemu mogliśmy bliżej poznać lokalną kulturę. Nie jesteśmy w stanie zrozumieć z czego wynikają negatywne opinie na temat pobytu w tym hotelu. Lokalizacja na wielki plus - dobra baza wypadowa do zwiedzania wielu miejsc i pięknych plaż jak np. Spilies beach, Geropotamos beach, które naprawdę robią wrażenie czy miasta Rethymno. Miejscowa plaża również piękna i urokliwa. Na miejscu blisko sklepiki i wypożyczalnia skuterów rowerów i aut. Wszytko czego potrzeba by zrelaksować się i wypocząć. Mamy nadzieje że w niedługim czasie wrócimy do Skalety i Hotelu Azul. ❤️

Bardzo dobry hotel za przystępną cenę. Pokoje funkcjonalnie i ładnie urządzone, czyste, sprzątanie codziennie (ręczniki wymieniane po pozostawieniu ich na podłodze). Na start zestaw kosmetyków. Cały kompleks hotelowy dobrze utrzymany. Mila obsługa zarówno w restauracji jak i recepcji. Meldowaliśmy się po kolacji. W pokojowej lodówce czekały smaczne kanapki, owoce, woda mineralna. Na wyposażeniu czajnik oraz kawa, herbata i cukier. Duży wybór smacznych i urozmaiconych posiłków (dotyczy to również śniadań). All inclusive wraz z wyborem alkoholi na plus. Zalety Hotel położony między Chania a Heraklionem, kilkanaście km od Retimno. Przystanek autobusowy lini nr 20 przy hotelu (bilet można nabyć w recepcji 1.60€) Do plaży pieszo 5 min przez ruchliwą drogę, tunelem z prawej i z lewej strony hotelu ok. 10 min. 25 min pieszo od urokliwego temple of Zoodochos Pigi. 4,5 km do Kamarola Beach z klifami. Możliwość zamawiania wczesnego śniadania o godz. 5 Wady Nieduży basen hotelowy z małą ilością leżaków. Okolica przy hotelu uboga, wypożyczalnia aut i 3 tanie sklepiki (słynne kreteńskie, żywiczne, kapslowane wino Retzina tylko 2,10€). Plaża wąską piaszczysta dł. ok. 1km, piaszczyste dno przy hotelu Crete Star.

Skaleta Not the best holiday 922100106 We stayed at this 4* AI hotel which had good reviews - until a week or so before we went, when the reviews changed from mostly good to not so good. By then there was nothing we could do about it. The hotel is definitely not a 4* in our opinion- no more than a 3*. It was clean but we werent in the main hotel - which I understand the rooms had been renovated. We were in a room round the back of the hotel which was dated and needed renovating . Although it was clean and maids came in every day so no complaints there. The food was ok but quite basic and very repetitive - eg if they had pork in sauce they would have it on at lunch and evening for days in the same sauce. They only had chips on once or twice - which wasn’t great for people with children- though they had pizza every lunch and evening - so this was often the only ‘children’s-type food’ on - and chicken nuggets a couple of times. The AI drinks were from a pump - everything!!!! And so watered down or inferior - even whisky had no smell or taste ! I got a pina colada one evening in a little tumbler and it was vile - couldn’t drink it. Another lady who wasn’t AI got one in a proper glass - so we tasted each others and they were totally different. I get not giving premium brands but actually giving all inclusive drinks from a pump- that can only be likened to what I imagine drain fluid tastes like, is out of order !!! You pay extra for AI so should receive something half decent. Nearly Everyone we spoke to felt the same. On an evening you could only sit out round the pool - end everyone was covered in mosquito bites / so take insect repellent with you if you decide to brave this hotel ! When it rained one evening there was nowhere inside to sit so unless you were under an umbrella you got wet ! There wasn’t a lot of sun beds for the amount of people staying at the hotel so you needed to be up early to grab one if you were staying round the pool For us the hotel was too far out, you had to cross a busy road to catch a bus to go anywhere. Rethymno was a half hours bus ride away and chania was 2 bus rides away, taking one and a half hours on the buses. Both beautiful places and well worth a visit but we would have liked to be nearer to either of these places . Also we like to walk in an evening but there was nowhere to walk to! There was no entertainment on apart from a couple of dancers on Sunday evening. Another night a group set their equipment up but was told the hotel couldn’t pay them so they took their equipment and left. There was also a girl doing Zumba twice through the day for half hour but nothing else. We didn’t like the tall girl who worked behind the bar. I’ve seen one or two good reviews about her but we felt she either took a liking to you or she didn’t ! She was rude to us more than once And kept telling us off for taking the wrong glass in the dining room - even though her colleague had served us from the dining room side of the bar. One day she got two glasses from the dining room and poured our drinks into them whist we were eating!!!!! She wasn’t very pleasant until half way through out holiday when she’d turned us into quivering wrecks!!! One day I went to bar for a drink with the correct glass from dining room and she served me with a bar glass !! She must have been satisfied we were trained and from that moment she started being nice - a little too late for me though! All in all one of the worst holidays we’ve had and we won’t be returning any time soon though we met some lovely people - who salvaged the holiday for us . However there was nowhere inside to have a drink on a night so when it rained one evening - if you weren’t sat under an umbrella / you got wet. We were there a week before the hotel closed for the season so they may have been winding down but it’s still not good enough.
