Our stay at the Steigenberger was excellant. The Renovation is brilliant; the rooms Perfect and the service top. I very much liked the Harvey shop where you can buy very nice optic glasses and sunglasses of every Designer! The owner Bebo is a very nice guy and I liked hin a lot. In the Shop you can also buy very nice clothes.

I had the pleasure of being served by Anmed Abd Alla, and I must say, his service was exceptional. He was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure our dining experience was enjoyable. His knowledge of the menu and recommendations were spot-on, and he was always ready to accommodate any special requests we had. Overall, I highly recommend Anmed Abd Alla as a waiter.
