All Staff are very friendly and helpful, Dinner was at a very high level of Chef restaurant. SPA is very big and the massage was great. Located in the forest overlook the room was overlooked the valley and the mountains. New hotel access to the near city is easy and only 15 minutes by car

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in this one-of-a-kind Hotel. Excellent food, fantastic SPA area, incomparable and authentic breakfast buffet. You can see and feel the appreciation for the products. The owner family lives hospitality - you can feel the heart and soul and the commitment to detail.

My wife & I spent 8 unforgettable days at MY Arbor, last week of January ‘24. The entire experience can be described in one word: amazing! From the beautiful & very private rooms with mountain views, to the spa and wellness facilities, to the dining, the bar, extremely friendly & professional staff - just AMAZING!! This is no ordinary hotel resort, it is an experience that marks your life. We will be back 🤗.

The staff makes you feel at home as soon as you arrive. A unique experience in the middle of nature. The spa, the food, the staff... everything was awesome. One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. I recommend it to everyone. Thank you very much My arbor for this experience

This should NOT be considered a 5-star hotel. BEWARE before booking that you will be forced to be nude in front of people! First, good things about the hotel- the rooms are lovely, the food is great and the location is stunning. BAD THINGS- the service is absolutely horrible. My husband and I went for 3 days to celebrate our anniversary and had booked some spa treatments. On the first day the hotel RECEPTION told us the wrong time of when we should arrive at the spa for our treatment. Thinking we were early, we arrived for our treatment and were RUDELY told that we were actually 20 min late and could not make up for the time that we lost. We did the treatment for the remaining time but were so upset, that it wasn't relaxing. We spoke to the spa manager to see if we could book another treatment to make up for the time lost and she COULD NOT SPEAK ENGLISH (you would think that a manager at a hotel would be able to)..so we spoke in Italian, but unfortunately hers was horrible. She proceeded to speak badly about her staff to us, which we thought was not very professional. The hotel did offer us a 50% discount for the treatment, but the point was to relax, and sadly, we didn't. This is separate from the fact that the saunas that they seem to be so proud of require MANDATORY nudity. This by itself is not necessarily an issue except for the fact that they don't advertise this on their website PRIOR to booking. We would NOT have booked if we knew about this. For people who want to keep their swimsuits on, they have 1 tiny sauna upstairs and are otherwise banned from the other different types of saunas. For the first two days we didn't realize and it wasn't an issue- no one noticed or cared that we had our swimsuits on. Nor did we care that others were naked. It was totally fine. Then on the last day, the woman whose literal job is to fan air (while fully clothed) in a hot room full of naked people (in a so-called 'sauna infusion') decided to become the police and tried to force us out! We had paid for the saunas. What if we had religious or physical reasons for not undressing? This is discriminatory. Again, it's not a problem to have mandatory nudity in a spa. The problem is that THEY DON'T MAKE THIS CLEAR ON THEIR WEBSITE PRIOR TO BOOKING. Other small, minor things: Upon check in, we had mentioned in passing that it was our anniversary and the guy at reception simply nodded. It's not a big deal, but if this were a true 5 star hotel with 5 star service, it might be good to offer a small gift or something (not a problem, but just a tip to the staff). In sum, save your money and instead go to Lefay Resort & Spa Dolomites!!!
