Jeśli szukasz doskonałej kuchni i relaks w najlepszym wydaniu - prawdopodobnie na pobyt w tym hotelu. To był nasz pierwszy ale na pewno nie naszej ostatniej wizyty w Bio Vitalhotel. Podziękowania dla Tauber rodziny.

Excellent food, spa and outdoor natural pool/relaxation area. There are "old" rooms and brand new renovated rooms. The brand new ones are very nice. The old are a bit dated but still clean and just fine. We spent all our time either at the spa, the outdoor area or in the restaurant, so we were glad we didn't pay to upgrade.

Beautiful hotel, warm-hearted and professional staff, excellent food, great location and views! *food I was blown away by the lovely dining room with its winter garden charm, the friendly staff and the perfect food! The menu was carefully selected and every dish exceeded my expectations! Especially the pasta (primo piatto) was mouthwatering. *spa The spa design is very tasteful and calming, there is an exquisite panorama sauna. I loved relaxing there after an exciting snow hike while looking forward to dinner! *staff and hotel The hotel design is very nice, there is a family business vibe, which I really appreciated and all employees were friendly and heartily. I would absolutely recommend this place to my friends and family!

Positive: 1) very friendly and helpful hosts 2) excellent food 3) pure relaxation (no wifi and no TV in rhe room). I am amazed that people are complaining... they should read better about the hotel!!! 4) close to skiing resort 5) special dishes for vegetarians on request Negative: 1) very simple rooms, not cosy. The bed was rather uncomfortable 2) not sure if i misread something , but i have expected a bit a better spa area

We have spent a week in this hotel, skiing in Kronplatz (15' drive to the slopes). First the pros: - very good food, especially in the evenings (breakfast quite boring with same ham and same muesli everyday), - they don't have special menu for the kids, yet they prepared extra meal for our child every evening, - nice staff (although they mainly speak German and Italian only, the information provided daily on weather and activities is also only in DE and IT), - I had decent massage, - the hotel is rather small (40 guests +|-). Now cons: - the hotel is not kids friendly (no play area for the kids and the spa / pool area was also not foreseen for the children - guests were showing us how unhappy they were with our son playing in the (very small) part of the indoor pool - yet there was no sign that it's "adults only"; the guests are mainly (not very friendly) old German and Italian couples, - the rooms decor is non existent, it wasn't cosy, the hotel needs refurbishing, first impression was really bad, - no wifi in the rooms, - tv of a size of a computer screen and no international channels, - the heating was working on and off, - bad water pressure under the shower, - they were charging us 2€ for tap water during diners... Overall decent stay, but not perfect.
