Spedzilismy w Relais Club bardzo udany tydzien. Dla kogos, kto nie chce albo nie moze jezdzic codziennie na nartach, mozliwosc relaksu na basenie albo w saunie. Miasteczko bardzo ladnie polozone, choc przed wyjazdem zimowym lepiej sprawdzic warunki pogodowe - zaopatrzyc sie w lancuchy na kola. Hotel bardzo przyjemny, spokojny, czysty, nic nie brakuje. W poblizu Skibus. Polecamy. Ania z Poznania z rodzina

wynajmowane mieszkanie na 4 noc. Było to wspaniałe doświadczenie, zrobili to bardzo łatwe dla nas. Recepcjonistka powiedziała, że ona nie mówi po angielsku, ale zrozumiałem jej w porządku, a ona była wyjątkowo przyjazny. Apartamenty nie są duże, ale masz wszystko, czego potrzebujesz. Miasto jest piękne.

Absolutely NOT recommended; we staied there between Christmas and New eve for 7 nights (end of 2023), in a 2 bedrooms flat. We booked after talking by phone with the receiptionist specifying clearly that we had 3 kids, the youngest being 1y old. The flat was old, poorly decorated, the baby bed was in the kitchen/living room, as it could not fit in the room that were upstairs (how can you imagine make a 1-y baby sleep in a living room???); kitchen is useless as too small and old; burned my finger while holding the hairdryer; had to make the matress change in the main room; security bareer was broken on the top bed for the kids. So my 2 sons had to sleep together in the lower bed for 3 nights as nobody from the reception was considering us. Talking about the reception which is 10min from the place: poorly responsive, not understanding, did not even try to help nor reduce the price (3000 euros for 7 nights!!!) considering the poor quality of the service. Talking with other guests: all felt the same. Swimming pool cannot be used as too cold, spa was overcrowed. Thank you ClubRes for this terrible holidays: we will NEVER come back for sure

This is a great place for families and the views. We have a balcony that is perfect to just enjoy the view. Small kitchen with refrigerator ( no freezer section) and some pots & pans to cook with. There is no oven, and two small burners to cook on, if you are planning on eating out in town this works great. Close walking to the town and we are away from the noise of town. Great place ❤️

We decided for this hotel because of its position and special price offer. We come in 5 people. two bedrooms with sofa in living room. two bathrooms etc. everything very good. Unfortunately very small kitchen and finally in unfortunately bad weather no possibility to dry-up our biking clothes :).
