Kolacja odbywa się między 20:00 a 9:00. 30 pm, ale jeśli nie jesteś tam na początku, nie znajdziesz najbardziej soczystych rzeczy w formie bufetu. . . Obsługa jest bardzo bardzo powolna (moja żona musiała rozbić butelkę, aby zwrócić na siebie uwagę!) Jedzenie nie jest niczym specjalnym i wszystkie inne negatywne komentarze na temat starych mebli są prawdziwe. Co za wstyd dla nich, ale mam wrażenie, że nie dbają o opinie gości.

Czysto, cicho, dobra obsługa i przyjazny personel twój pobyt był komfortowy i przyjemny. Duże pokoje z TV, lodówka i wi-fi to plus. Wystrój jest od 1970 r. ; wydaje się przypominam sobie w filmie. Nie ma nic złego w tym, ale wolę inny styl pokoi i naszym, to wszystko.

Mieliśmy większe oczekiwania na temat tego hotelu patrząc na ich stronie internetowej. Byliśmy zaproponował ten hotel Expedia raz wybranych hotel był przepełniony. Meble były bardzo stare (stare i starożytnych, muszą być odświeżony teraz), zewnętrzny basen jest zimno nawet jeśli jest wodą termalną, nikt nie był w wannie na zewnątrz nawet jeśli to był czerwiec. Jedzenie było przyzwoite, ale podobne do szpitala jedzenie. Na minus, to jest w samym centrum Ischia i personel, z wyjątkiem recepcji, jest bardzo miły i przyjemny. W końcu, biorąc pod uwagę cenę (220€ za parę dni, hb) nie jest odpowiednia do jakości i świadczonych usług. Typowe dla celu w tym hotelu jest ponad 60 lat grupa ludzi.

Sea view room very nice. Large clean. Nice bathroom with shower, but the shower needed a bit updating. We stayed half board. Breakfast buffet style. Dinner a bit disappointing, we had to sit on the same table each night, food very poor , when reading menu you thought it was a good choice but meal small portions and not good. Deserts the same every evening and very basic. Staff not that friendly and seemed they didn’t have a lot of time for the English!! Be careful if you book a sea room as twice when we were there they had music ( very much catered for the elderly) was loud in the room and had as we had to be up at 4am on departure date. Cleaners were amazing, very clean room every day. The swimming pool was absolutely disgusting. Needs rebuilding or at least re grouting, lots of black stains on the floor of the pool and all around the sides. Hotel right on beach , lovely fish restaurant on beach. Short walk through the garden to Main Street with lots of shops and restaurants. We went end of Season September early October and the mosquitoes sucked, got bitten so much.

Great food, amazing waiter, shame the reception staff and manager weren’t so accommodating. We booked half board and we’re advised on arrival that men were only allowed in the restaurant with long trousers on (do they not realise this is the 21st century!) - my husband hadn’t brought any (bearing in mind the 30 degree forecast). The way the reception staff spoke to us was appalling, followed up by the manager ‘telling off’ the waiter in the middle of restaurant was embarrassing for him as well as us. I don’t know what hotels these days can afford to loose customers spending money on drinks because they think someone wearing smart shorts in a restaurant is ‘unacceptable’. This place needs needs to sort out its customer service, which is a shame because the waiters and the food are good
