Melia White House

Hotel clean breakfast good. Booking by 3rd party for work. Booking with breakfast and food allowance. Over 48 hours breakfast not on list both mornings. Everything was explained it would be sorted but a repeat on second morning. Felt like a thief. Tea bags not refilled which made me grumpy. Made the stay very stressful. Travelled with colleges all had issues. Will not return

Service was good especially Melia. She was soo good a customer service attendant. The hotel should employ more of her type. Not forgetting Kamal who was also very nice to customers at the restaurant. I will recommend this restaurant to any of my friends coming to London

Love this hotel and the staff are brilliant, but I stayed in a room on the 5th floor and a number of the electrical sockets were loose, one had to be moved to work, and the light fitting in the bedroom was moving around. It is clear that the maintenance in the rooms is not what should be expected from a major hotel chain. So sad to write this.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Melia White House in London with my family, and I must say, the service provided by the staff was truly outstanding, especially from Mina who was really caring and always helpful.I look forward to returning in the future.

Mr Tiago, Mis Diana, Ekta and Saioa were the most amazing stuff and provided an explanational service. I must mention that, felt at home. I loved the friendly behavior. I loved being here and I love to recomond it to others. Thank you so much fo the lovely service.
