Melia White House

Excellent hotel located near Regents Park. We used this hotel as our base for 4 nights before our tour departed London and found everyone very helpful and polite. We had coffee in the bar one day which was nice, but didn’t use the facilities at all, and chose to use the local business around us which we found top notch. The room was spacious with a minibar which came in handy to store a few extras while we were here. The bathroom had a great shower and came with good products to use. The room was cleaned each day but one day missed the coffee and tea top ups, otherwise highly recommend this place

I travel alot and I've stayed in multiple hotels but Melia White is top for me. Especially the customer service reception I got from Fred and Jitek. It like home in a hotel Food was great, atmosphere very relaxing. I can say more but experience is better.

The deluxe double room was spacious and the hotel was one of the nicest I’ve stayed in in a while! The breakfast was phenomenal. The hotel is close to a number of underground stations so connectivity is great! The complimentary lounge access is a nice touch (I didn’t get the time to use it). I used the gym and it could use a dedicated area for mats / small weights, otherwise great.

Hotel clean breakfast good. Booking by 3rd party for work. Booking with breakfast and food allowance. Over 48 hours breakfast not on list both mornings. Everything was explained it would be sorted but a repeat on second morning. Felt like a thief. Tea bags not refilled which made me grumpy. Made the stay very stressful. Travelled with colleges all had issues. Will not return

Service was good especially Melia. She was soo good a customer service attendant. The hotel should employ more of her type. Not forgetting Kamal who was also very nice to customers at the restaurant. I will recommend this restaurant to any of my friends coming to London
