Liberty Kusadasi

Wow wow wow, this is THE best hotel we have ever stayed in. Premium drinks, premium food and premium staff. We cannot fault a thing about this hotel, it is perfect. I have to give a special mention to Murat and Gamze at the lobby bar, perfect cocktails and friendly service. We ate at the Italian restaurant tonight and it was fantastic. All the staff here are perfect and will look after you. This is only our second night here of our 7 day holiday but we are already looking to book for next year

The hotel is amazing, lovely staff. Beautiful views from the room. Lovely food. The hotel cocktails are amazing, and the barmaid Gamze was lovely and very helpful. The best barmaid in turkey. The private beach is beautiful, no need too leave the hotel.

We stayed the week after the hotel opened, during the very busy public holidays. There was one really poor day where the hotel didn’t cope with the volume of people but this was responded to quickly by management - more tables for snack area and an additional lunchtime restaurant opened. Credit where it is due. + Rooms are lovely and clean, maids are wonderful. Bathroom had a jacuzzi bath. Lovely view from balcony. + Pool area was nice. Cocktails provided by staff on roller blades! + A la carte restaurant food was very good quality. We tried all 4 available and the Italian and Asian were our favourites. + Pre dinner drinks in the Tokyo bar were a delight. Bar was quiet and could watch the sunset. - Service dipped when hotel was full. Had to go looking for menus/drinks/cutlery. - The beach is so disappointing. Not the soft white sand pictured but grainy and n it pleasant to walk on/play in. - Booked a late check out in the app but when I went to settle the bill for this on our final day the staff said there was no room!! Eventually moved us to a dingy, horrible ‘cell’ and still charged the full €80. Overall good value. Kusadasi castle and Ephesus are both worth a visit whilst you’re there.

Had a great holiday here amazing weather amazing holes and amazing staff now getting my last morning coffee from lobby bar serdar and mustafa (great staff) I have 0 complaints about this hotel and staff sad to be going home today definitely coming back img July with friends and family

Family of 4 here. Awesome experience, will definitely comeback. I fet very spoiled on our stay here. 10/10 for excellent customer service. I was amazed how the staff handle the customers, its been a busy week on our stay here, but staffs remains composed and calm. Friendly and accomodating, couldnt remember all their names but to name a few are Singhe very helpful and Damla, at Tokyo Bar- she makes the best cocktails even without on the menu. Highly recommended Hands off to Senna at palm bar too, aswell as all other staff at the bars. All the staffs at ala-carte dinner, Dagukan the asst mgr. Baran at Italian restaurant. Can’t recall all their names but staff were magnificent The place is clean, rooms were checked and cleaned once a day; mini fridge being refilled every day. New towels provided almost every day. Rooms are big. Comfy bed and pillows. Internet access available 24/7. Different Shows every night, and also on some afternoon. I just wished people show more appreciation to them. If able, tip if you can🙏🏻 Coming from England. You wouldnt able to experience this type of service. The reason why i appreciate the service much more. Hands off to the managament. I wish you all the best in the future. Take care of the employees as everyone has been working extremely well with passion. Hopefully, will be back next year for another 7 night stay. 5/5 for the hotel. 100/10 for excellent customer service👏👏
