Hyatt Regency Phuket Resort

Lovely management staff! Lovely staff overall, resort is not crowded and well cleaned! Pool is perfect for both adults and children over 8 I would say as the kids pools was too shallow for him but main pool too deep, however lovely stag ok board to provide floats for kids to swim and enjoy ! Breakfast was lovely and lots to choose from opening from 7am - 11am I think that’s brilliant!

A wonderful hotel for a family holiday. It's located in a quiet bay, without noisy crowds. If you are looking for privacy, this is what you need. There is an amazing reef in front of the hotel! Marine biologist Marat who works here gave a fascinating snorkeling lesson for our family. I also recommend going with him to the night show walk. It's incredibly beautiful and really exciting! The hotel has a good mini club and playground for kids. Great selection for breakfast, a lot of options and local fruits. In the main restaurant sometimes you have to wait a long time for the waiters, but the quality of all dishes is excellent.

Have dinner with my friends at Hyatt Regency Phuket Resort. Amazing food and service. From the street side you can go directly to Marine Biological Center with fancy setup and different fish and jellyfish. Evening time Marine Biologist Marat doing jellyfish feeding with kids - very interesting. I never saw something like this in Phuket before. Will recommend to my friends with kids

Loved the cottage we booked , it was uphill with a personal pool . The ambience of the resort is so LIT We loved the pool & the restaurant. My kid enjoyed the play area . The Mexican restaurant was was beautiful & so lively . Would like to go once again with girls

Our 8th stay at the fabulous Hyatt Regency Phuket. Nestled in a secluded peaceful cove but within walking distance of the bustle of Kamala and a short taxi ride to Patong - a great location. The hotel facilities are great with 3 fantastic on-site dining locations, the biggest infinity pool in Phuket, and the new marine life centre. Again we opted for the terrace room which has incredible views and an outdoor whirlpool. The staff are all genuine and friendly and we have made many friends there. Nothing is too much trouble. I recommend opting for the club access package which has many benefits and is well worth the extra money. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. We are looking forward to returning next year.
