Perfekcja w każdym calu. Obsługa - menadżerowie, barmani (Michael :-)) - mega profesjonaliści. Podróżuję sporo po świecie i śpię w różnych miejscach - mogę z ręką na sercu przyrzec, że jeszcze nigdy nie widziałam tak doskonałej obsługi. Momentami czytali mi w myślach, życzyłabym sobie aby zawsze każdy personel taki był, albo nawet człowiek do człowieka. Uprzejmość, uśmiech, pomoc, życzliwość - choć pewnie część z tego to wyuczenie i marketing, było to na prawdę miłe i tak powinno to wyglądać wszędzie. Nie mogę nie wspomnieć o upgrade, który nam się przydarzył - za co raz jeszcze gorąco dziękuję. Wnętrze hotelu urządzone idealnie, ciekawa architektura obiektu. Pokój - piękny. Pyszne jedzenie w restauracjach, piękny widok na wyspy na oceanie. Hotel ma bardzo dobrą nazwę, dobraną idealnie pod miejsce - "Paradise". Na prawdę raj. Polecam z całego serca. Może to okoliczności przyrody, pogody i magia chwili - może tylko mi wszystko tak idealnie akurat się przytrafiło, ale zakochałam się w tym miejscu.

The hotel is wonderful with very attentive service. Everyone is always smiling and happy to help with anything you might need. I can only recommend the hotel. The hotel has an infinity swimming pool, been too several hotel in Mru but first time i visited for a weekend at a hotel in Mauritius as a Mauritian i got an exceptional services where the staff came too look for me in the restaurant asking me if i would want late checkout. We spend a weekend and could have easily spend it at the hotel without leaving the premises, that's how nice it is. Amazing staff - splendid hotel - without forgetting the food was really another level of experience it was all really worth it. Looking forward to visite again soon.

Even if the space alone speaks for itself, the complex is really just something for the eye, it is architecturally well planned. You can see different beautiful things in every place and great attention has been paid to detail. This is the only hotel in Mauritius that has made us come back so far. The self-described "place made of places" is made by the people there and it really succeeds excellently. A big thank you to Sandhya, Michael, Kumari, Christian and all the others who constantly strive and put a lot of work into the hotel and their guests.
