Hideaway at Royalton Blue Waters

Words can't describe any thing but this being our 3rd trip to Royalton in Jamaica stayed at white Sands then they changed to hideaway. We have only stayed at this resort and will always come here. The vibe team entertainment all day music shows staff just wonderful. They are all so pleasant and make you feel like this is where you belong. We don't even do excursions because it's so fun just being here. Tamieka is truly the best from start to finish. Going above and beyond to make your stay even better. I may not spell it right but Ranita the housekeeper for our room went way above and beyond I was so shocked. Never had my room organized like she does. These two individuals deserve recognition for going above and beyond. One down side waited for drinks at buffet and she took our order but we had to ask another staff for one and he was right on it. I certainly recommend

Just got home from a week stay at the hideaway royalton blue waters and we had the best time! The drive is about 30-40 minutes from the airport. This resort is BEAUTIFUL! Everyone is so hard working. The grounds are kept so meticulously! Our check in was super quick and they brought us right to our room. Love that our key to enter is on our bracelet. Sure the room is smaller than what we’re used to but who cares, the a/c was great, the bed was comfy and we had amazing views! (First floor facing pool/ocean). Our shower leaked but it seemed to be an ongoing issue in every room so nothing to complain about. I will say my one and only complaint would be that they never stocked our fridge. Other than that We had the best service ever. Our fave restaurant was grazi for breakfast and lunch (pizza was delicious) and the staff there recognized us by day 2, it was great! We did not have a bad meal anywhere. The bartenders work very hard! Always hustling to get whatever you need. We didn’t have any issues getting a chair with an umbrella but it wasn’t as busy so I could see if at capacity it would be an issue. Pools were amazing, beach was beautiful! We aren’t late night people so the only show we caught was the aquatics show and it was very good! Would we return… YES ABSOLUTELY!!! Would we recommend… 1000% Thank you so much for an amazing week!

My husband and I had the best time ever at the Royalton Hideaway Blue Waters. Our Butlers Odane and Kimberly we so Awesome. They made my birthday and our 15th Anniversary phenomenal. They went out of there to celebrate us. They made us feel like family. Odane and Kimberly are such a blessing to this hotel and the guest they serve. They made our experience so grand we can't wait to return. Looking very forward to coming Back. We will request them. Great Job Odane and Kimberly 😄

For this being myself and my fiance’s first all inclusive resort experience… we both say it was very solid and enjoyable. Our room was clean everyday and experience bed no issues with water or cleanliness. Shoutout to Denise (poolside bartender) for the excellent service, she made our days by the pool amazing. Only issue we had was the quality of the food, it was sometimes hit or miss, but was still good. Overall an excellent vacation for us both

We had a fantastic family trip! It was made even better by the excellent staff caring for us. Carlton at the Sports Bar, Colleen at Hunter, and Anthony and Sean at the pool bar were particularly amazing and definitely make us want to return soon!
