TRS Ibiza Hotel

Pokój z widokiem na zachód słońca - wyjątkowy, jedzenie cudowne, śniadanie ekstra + ostrygi, restauracja el gaucho godna polecenia, potrzebna jest wcześniejsza rezerwacja. Ostatni pobyt pokój dwuosobowy, poprzedni C-level na tym poziomie nie trzeba niczego więcej. Polecam.

My partner and I stayed at the TRS Jacuzzi suite on the 17th October and it was very disappointing. We raised several complaints to reception, the manager, the lobby hospitality desk and email - very little care was given and after sending 3 emails requesting a refund, I’ve had no email reply. 1. On arrival we began the checkin process and half way through the receptionist stopped and made us wait so that she could checkout the person behind us. We waited approx 15 minutes, just stood there feeling very uncomfortable. 2. Once in the room (1134), we waited 45 minutes for our bag and it never arrived. I went to reception and our bag was still there. I took it up myself. 3. Toilet smelt of urine 4. Jacuzzi broken  5. Lights in the room went on/off every 20 minutes.  I complained to reception and they sent someone up to check. He agreed this was unacceptable and would tell the manager.  The manger called and said we will change room. We waited over 1 hour and again, I had to go down to reception to ask how long. (It was now 11pm and we were getting tired)  The manager apologised and moved us to room 1132. This room also had many problems and I have attached images.  1. Floor broken and moving  2. Dusty surfaces 3. Wear and tear on furniture  4. Rust all over terrace floor 5. Rusty umbrella stand (dangerous if you cut your foot on it)  6. Broken tiles  Next, the problems with the hotel. 1. No privacy on the terrace. All of the neighbouring jacuzzis are in a line next to each other and all above balconies are over looking. 2. unattractive roofing spoils the view. This needs some bamboo screening or cleaning.  3. Food is average. 4. Drinks served in plastic glass on rooftop and lobby bar.   5. Staff are not trained to a 5 star standard.  We booked the TRS based on the advertisement of its 5 star luxury standards and I can 100% say that the TRS is not 5 star standard.  It is obvious that the hotel has been refurbished to a low standard and the palladium group are trying to hide this by “over promising” on a luxury experience.  We have stayed at many 5 star hotels in Ibiza, including Bless, Grand Palladium, ME, Hard Rock, Ushuaia and many more.  Unfortunately, the TRS lacks 5 star quality in many departments and I feel we have not received value for money.

This is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in! The rooms were incredible, beautifully done, nicely decorated with a decent safe, coffee machine, mini fridge which was kept stocked up during the week and very comfortable beds! The whole room was very modern with plenty of sockets (including usb plugs and wireless phone chargers) and storage space was plentiful making this feel very luxurious! The food here was the best food we have had at any hotel! All 3 restaurants were exceptional at all meal times! The pool bar was great for lunch and still the other bars were fantastic for drinks! The staff were all incredibly helpful and friendly, all were very happy to go out of their way to help! Bar service by the pool was great and again, everyone was very nice! The hotel itself is very modern, beautifully maintained and spotlessly clean! We can’t wait to come back and wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else on the island!

this is the Ibiza hotel from hell.....no sleep, no sleep,,Boom, boom , boom all night long,,, we chaged room to the farest room away from the pool it was no help...Boom boom all night long.. they are very tight with tolit paper, and tolit paper despencers are on the wall behide the tolit, the manger lies all time about every issue. I left a shirt in my old room when we changed rooms, they said there was no shirt in the old room so never got it back. No rials on walk ways and very sandy, you allways have sand on your feet going to your room.. And the bar next to the hotel has boom, boom all night on the nights the hotel doe's not... Don't go here, other hotels in the area can hear the boom boom all night from the Ibiza hotel..

Struggle to call this 5*, more like average 4*. Overall would not return. Pros: - Rooms were beautiful with great features like nespresso machine, L'Occatain products, and comfortable robes. - Food was high quality and great selection at buffet and restaurants - Gorgeous sunset from rooftop bar (when open) - Good location (15 minute walk into town) -Great yoga classes - Good gym - Waiter service at the pool Cons: - Lobby Bar ran out of several drinks (including beer and red wine) - not great as all other bars were closed -Very strange situation with signature guests and non-signature. Even when restaurant was very quiet we couldn't sit in seats reserved for signature (I.e. with a good view) -Signature guests recieved much better service in restaurant than non-signature - Only one pool bar open even though two advertised - Only main pool open -Beach near hotel was quite run down by October -Several cocktails made with pre-mix rather than from scratch
