Hard Rock Hotel Marbella

Plusy: Wygodne łóżko i dobra lokalizacja, ciekawy basen. Minusy (jest ich więcej): Hotel drogi i wymaga za wszystko dopłat, kapsułki kawy w pokoju, nie ważne czy jest się na 1 noc czy na 2 tygodnie - dostaje się 2 normalne kawy i 2 bezkofeinowej, pozostałe płatne. Zdanie pokoju do 13:00 ekstra płatne , lepsze leżaki przy basenie płatne , drogi parking bez zabezpieczenia. Głośna klimatyzacja i małe pokoje. Lepiej nie zostawiać pokrowców w łazience bo obsługa może uznać że są do wyrzucenia i recepcja później rozkłada ręce bezradnie. Lepiej dopłacić za pokój z widokiem na basen. Parking hotelowy drogi ( 25€ ) a nie gwarantuje nic bezpieczeństwa. Lepiej zostawić na bezpłatnym publicznym obok, za darmo, miejsca zwalniają się późnym popołudniem.

A very enjoyable experience, highly recommended. Very friendly and efficient staff. Nice selection of Hard Rock gear. Small remark on the negative side: buffet style food at "Sessions" not hot enough (breakfast and evenings), but easily remedied by freshly prepared food at the short order cooking station. Overall a wonderful stay!

We had an amazing time. From the time we arrived, we were welcomed by staff as we got out of our taxi. We were guided to VIP check in and our room was upgraded by the most welcoming female staff member. Our luggage was brought up to our room and we were pleasantly surprised to see such a beautiful room. Following this, we headed down to the pool, which had an amazing DJ playing fun music. We found a day bed and chilled there for the afternoon. The staff took a while to ask us if we want a drink, but they were apologetic and friendly. We had delicious chips and drinks on our day bed and we were delighted to be provided with free red and white striped towels. Dinner and breakfast were both lovely. The food was fresh and well prepared. The waiters and waitresses were attentive and friendly. Check out was easy and a lovely staff member ordered a cab home for us.

I checked out on the 2 April 2024 and I was told I would get my 200 euros deposit back in 2 days. There were no deductions as of 16 April 2024 I am still waiting for my deposit. I have emailed the hotel 3 times and they tell me it could take weeks sorry not good enough.

Just returned from a great 3 day stay at this hotel. This is my 2nd time returning . From the front of house staff, to reception staff, bar/ pool & cleaning staff go above and beyond for their hotel guests. Great options for breakfast. The hotel is in walking distance to beach and port. Rooms are spacious & have everything you need. Cant wait to return
