Absolutely disgusted, we had Garden Maintenance directly behind out Lodge for the whole 4 Days, reception promised to solve this and it just got worse as the week went on, we had togo out every day to avoid the noise of chain saws from 8.30am every day and then the addition of a branch shredder about 4ft from our window. Complained everyday on site and NOTHING was done or suggested. Complained directly on my return and offered 140 euros off another holiday, the cost of this one was 768 euros! Ridiculous, Centre Parcs is supposed tobe a haven of peace not a building site!

We were a little concerned having read some of the latest reviews which were not exactly glowing, however we loved our trip here! I'll get the negatives out of the way first, there isn't as much to do as the Center Parcs in the UK and the accomodation is starting to look a bit aged and could do with a lick of paint. That being said the pool is excellent, the indoor soft play area is very good and the on sight shop is massive with lots of options. There is an Aldi I'm De Haan a five minute drive away. On site there is bowling, pool tables, arcade, petting zoo and I assume that they offer more outdoor activities in the summer, but as our child is 6 they only wanted the pool and play area anyway. We had a premium chalet which was ok with a well equipped kitchen and was clean and suited us. With the cost of the ferry and four nights over half term the total cost came in around half of what we would have paid for Center Parcs in the UK. The cost in the summer also looks like half of what they charge in the UK as well so coming here again is an absolute no brainer as it is only an hours drive from Dunkirk.

Was nice place but was very quiet and not much going on . Alot of places were closed . We were given free drinks tokens but the bar to redeem said free drink was closed every time we went . The fire bowl was never lit when we went and the whole place seemed closed. The place was clean and lots there just not open. Accomodation was ok but had strong wet dog fusty smell
