Fantastic stay. Great sleep: dark, quiet room at perfect temperature. Very clean. Great breakfast and very friendly staff. Nice touches: chocolates, water, wellness treats. Highly recommend. Good Central location. Would stay here again if in Vienna.

A very pleasant stay with a nice check in and a team which was efficient, friendly and find response at all ours questions and request. The breakfast is very good, very varied with fresh produits We lunch at diner yesterday and we were also satisfied We will come back with great pleasure Moreover the resort was perfectly located to visit Vienne with transports closed to go to Schönbrunn palace or to visit by foot the down town. The neighborhood is quiet. You can assist to concert in Konzerthaus very closed to the resort (you have 3 concerts room so every day you can hear a performance, quiet often with the Wiener Symphonicer Orchestra, casually) So Thanks a lot to all the teams Merci beaucoup à toutes les équipes de l'hôtel.

The hotel is very well located near the city centre and close to a tram and a subway station. We had booked a king-size bedroom and were given a twin, but when we asked reception, staff was very helpful and gave us another room. The room is clean and elegant, though we can hear the people above or next to us sometimes, and staff is ever so friendly, so thank you

Great, well appointed junior suite with everything we needed for a perfect few days. My only gripe is that room 714 is opposite the lift shaft so the noise maybe troublesome to some. Both the bar and breakfast room are highly commendable in terms of range of F&B, with professional staff in a modern setting. I'd be happy to return and recommend the hotel.

Upon arrival we were greeted by the hotel receptionist, she was extremely friendly and informative. The rooms were beautifully decorated, clean and warm with the comfiest bed. We celebrated my birthday and we received a lovely note and a bottle of wine which was lovely touch from the staff. When checking out we received some little chocolates, again a lovely touch from the hotel :) Highly recommend staying here when visiting Vienna. The staff including the cleaners are exceptional! Thank you for the lovely stay x
